Ready for the new year's eve...or maybe not ;)

This is one of possible options for the New Year's Eve that
I spent to...ISTANBUL with my boyfriend and family(I can't wait)! I'm not sure about this dress because it's really fabulous but not sparkling or a dress with a strong color. So I was thinking... I want hear your thoughts guys ;)
