Ristorante Rosticceria di Ortisei...assolutamente da provare!

Per i fortunati che stanno ancora organizzando week end in montagna (confesso che li invidio un pochino....io per quest'anno ho appeso gli sci al chiodo) segnalo, ad ortisei una cenetta al "Ristorante Rosticceria", propro nel centro del paese.Io l'ho provato nelle vacanze natalizie e mi è piaciuto tantissimo. Scelto da un amico di Mister X devo dire che mi è piaciuto molto, sia per l'atmosfera che per l'ottima cucina. E per concludere in bellezza, anzi, in dolcezza, il classico "strudel di mele", le "frittelle di mele" o anche la "coppa gelato con frutti di bosco caldi".
Una grande sciata merita sicuramente una grande cena.
Noi eravamo una tavolata di una quindicina di amici, per cui abbiamo praticamente ordinato quasi tutto il menù e così, IO, da brava rompiscatole, ho potutto assaggiare e valutare i piatti di tutti! :)

La ROSTICCERIA è sicuramente approvata Lov-Eat!

• come antipasto, il "camenbert fritto con marmellata di mirtilli fatta in casa" (ecco....non proprio leggero ma buonissimo) o l'insalata di carciofi e grana (per rimanere più sul leggero :) ).
• Come primi: "risotto al radicchio e vino Lagrain riserva"...molto buono e dal sapore un pò agre e pungente....proprio come piace a me! Oppure la tipica "zuppa di cipolle" (anche questa non proprio leggera da digerire ma buonissima) o le "lunette ripiene di ricotta e tartufo" o la "zuppa di pomodoro"...calda e leggera!
• per secondi: le "scaloppine allo speck" o "lo stinco di agnello al forno con timo e patate al rosmarino"

For the lucky ones who are still organizing a weekend in the mountains (I confess that I envy them a little bit .... this year I hung up the skis to the nail ) I have to point out a dinner at the " Restaurant Rosticceria " in the centre of Ortisei.

A great ski trip is definitely worth a great dinner.
I tried it during the Christmas holidays and I loved it very much . Chosen by a friend of Mr. X I must say that I liked it a lot, both for the atmosphere and for the excellent cuisine.
We were at table fifteen friends , so we ordered almost everything on the menu and so, as a good pain in the ass, I could taste and evaluate all of the dishes!

Focus your attention:

• As an appetizer, " fried camenbert with homemade blueberry jam" ( well ... not exactly light but yummy) or the salad of artichokes and parmesan ( to stay more on light ).
• As the first courses" wine risotto with chicory and Lagrain reserve wine " ... very good and sour taste and a little pungent.... just as I like it ! Or the typical " onion soup" (although this is not exactly light to digest but very good ) or "lunettes stuffed with ricotta and truffle" or the " tomato soup" ... warm and light!
• Second courses: "scallops with bacon" or "the lamb shank baked with thyme and rosemary potatoes"

And conclude in beauty, indeed , in sweetness , the classic "apples strudel", "fried apple" or "ice-cream cups with hot berry."
I add , a super friendly staff, a cozy atmosphere and prices that are certainly satisfying and adequate to dinner. Have I been successful in convincing you? I hope so ! I say this for your taste buds !

The rotisserie is definitely approved Lov - Eat !
