Station Pizza La pizza al taglio di Station Pizza è la tappa ideale per chi voglia gustare della pizza sobria, creativa ma priva di stravaganze, impasti leggeri e bordi ruvidi. Siamo di fronte alla semplicità proposta in diverse varianti. Le ripiene sono buone e fresche, diciamo estive, con tanti pomodori ciliegino ed insalata (spesso rughetta o rucola) e bufala o fior di latte. La pizza la trovate sia in teglia che al trancio; ce n'erano diverse, una che non abbiamo assaggiato era farcita con gamberetti, insalata e base di burrata (apparentemente). La pizza patate cacio e pepe invece è adatta a chi preferisce i gusti romani belli decisi. Ci è piaciuta molto l'idea e il sapore del würstel avvolto nella pasta, un vero e proprio hot dog; chiedetelo e ve apriranno in due chiedendovi la salsa che volete metterci, nel nostro caso il ketchup. Merita una menzione anche la pizza con salsiccia, funghi e gorgonzola e i panini ripieni,se proprio non volete impataccarvi con la pizza. Ora che San Pietro è vicino potrete andare ad espiare i vostri peccati di gola con Till it's Gone nelle orecchie e la pizza di Station Pizza nella panza.DA NON PERDERE:würstel avvolto nella pasta!!!
