Tangerine Tango

Buonasera ragazzuole!Ne avrete sicuramente sentito parlare in tutte le salse: l'arancione è il colore della primavera-estate 2012!Ebbene sì, Pantone ha decretato che il colore di moda quest'anno è "Tangerine Tango".. bene, che arancio sia!Good evening everyone,you probably already know that Pantone has chosen "Tangerine Tango"to be the trendy color of Spring-Summer 2012... let's go orange then!
Non sono una che segue le mode..generalmente le anticipo XD .. Devo dire però che ultimamente mi piace avere qualche pezzo nel colore moda, ma con l'arancio sono particolarmente avvantaggiata: è un colore che adoro e che mi sta molto bene!
I don't follow trends.. I second guess them :P  and I am really lucky with orange because I love it and it suits me!

Come potete notare ho molti prodotti arancio e non li ho messi proprio tutti (ho largamente evitato di inserire i prodotti corallo). La passione per l'arancio è cominciata un anno fa quando ho acquistato il pigmento Mac Follow your fancy e a seguire l'ombretto Paparazz-she (che non ho fotografato).Ho addirittura un profumo arancione XD è di Sephora,  "Guava passion" e lo adoro!
As you can see I have a lot of orange products and I've fallen in love with orange a year ago when I bought Mac Follow your fancy pigment and Paparazz-she mega metal eyeshadow. I also have an orange parfum.. Sephora "Guava Passion" I really love it!

L'arancio non sta benissimo a tutte e seguire il trend potrebbe risultare difficile! Chi ha un sottotono freddo potrebbe preferire le tonalità più tendenti al rosso, specialmente per labbra e unghie.
Orange doesn't suit everyone. People with cool undertones may prefer redder shades, most of all on lips and nails.

Scarlet Ibis, Infuocami, Caqui

Recentemente (fine dell'anno/gennaio) ho acquistato un paio di prodotti labbra, rossetto Scarlet Ibis e lip balm Infuocami di Lush, ma già quest'estate ho eletto il lipglass Caqui come mio preferito. Personalmente se non sapete quanto l'arancio possa starvi bene e quanto effettivamente lo userete, vi consiglio di prendere un prodotto multi uso che possa essere sfumato bene in modo da dare giusto un tocco di colore. Per le amanti del rischio niente di meglio di un bel rossetto matte!
Lately I've bought Scarlet Ibis lipstick and Lush Chilli tingle lip balm but last summer I already had my favourite orange lipglass: Caqui. If you don't know orange suits you enough I'd take a multi tasking product that can be sheered out. If you are brave and love to risk, take a bright matte lipstick!

Sulle unghie io stessa preferisco un arancione tendente al rosso .. personalmente non sopporto gli smalti gialli, giallini giallastri, se proprio non vi piace l'arancio andate sul pescato, ma il giallo NO :PHo 3-4 varianti di smalto arancio e un bellissimo pescato (Purity di Illamasqua), qui vedete Opi A roll in the hauge e Yall come back ya hear e uno smalto giallastro di China Glaze che non sono ancora riuscita ad amare, il Papaya punch.
I prefer orange reds on my nails because I don't love yellow too much.. if you can't wear orange on your nails go for peaches but please, no yellow on your nails :PI have 3/4 orange nail polishes and a beautiful peach (Illamasqua Purity).. here I show you Opi A roll in the hauge, Yall come back ya hear and a China Glaze on I don't really love, Papaya punch.

Mentre sulle guance una spolverata di arancio dona freschezza e un aspetto salutare, sugli occhi può decisamente far sembrare malate molte di noi. In questo caso dona molto di più un arancio tendente al giallo dato che è proprio il pigmento rosso a far sembrare gli occhi più stanchi o arrossati. I rosso aranci possono comunque essere abbinati ai marroni freddi o ai verdi che riescono a equilibrare la presenza del rosso.. poi potete anche abbinarli ai blu, rosa e viola, ma il rosso sarà sicuramente accentuato.Si dice che l'arancio sia il compagno ideale degli occhi azzurri, ma talvolta il contrasto può essere così forte da "spegnere" il blu degli occhi, ergo fate attenzione alla tonalità che scegliete ^^
While a buff of orange on your cheeks will make you look healthy, the wrong orange on your eyes could make you look ill! It's better to use yellow oranges on the eyes because it's the red pigment that usually makes our eyes look bad. You can wear red oranges paired with cool browns or greens that will neutralize the red.. of course you can use them with violets or blues if you'd like but you'll intensify the red! Usually orange suits the ones with blue eyes but be careful because the wrong shade could overcome the color of your eyes instead of making it pop!

Spero che i miei consigli vi siano utili! Per quanto riguarda i vestiti ho praticamente niente di arancione XD tendo a truccarmi con colori che non indosso e vice versa, ma fa eccezione il viola che amo in tutti i modi! Ultimamente mi attrae molto il verde menta sia per il trucco che per l'abbigliamento e ancora sogno un paio di scarpe Fornarina che avevo visto sul catalogo invernale del 2011! Vedremo se ai saldi estivi cederò al verde menta ^^
I hope to be helpful with my orange post ^^ Speaking about clothes I have nothing orange!! I usually make up myself with colors I don't use for clothes and vice versa, the only exception is purple!  Lately I'm loving minty green stuff and last winter I've fallen in love with a minty teal pair of shoes.. maybe during the summer sales I'll buy something minty green!
