The awesome Chemical CB750F

Based on his 1981 CB750F, Mirco Montanari wanted to create something really unique and never seen before. He went to my friend Emiliano Turroni, better known as the manager of Chemical Garage in Forlì, and, comparing their ideas, the two gave birth this jewel of design in perfect retro style. Mirco Montanari voleva realizzare qualcosa di unico e mai visto dalla sua CB750F del 1981. Si è rivolto al mio amico Emiliano Turroni di Forlì, meglio noto come Chemical Garage e, confrontandosi, i due hanno partorito l’idea di questo gioiello di design in perfetto stile retrò. Emiliano dismantled the bike piece by piece. The engine has been completely rebuilt and painted black, matching shiny parts with satin finished ones. The subframe was modified and the swing arm raised. Everything has been powder coated. The triple clamps, fork and brake calipers were stolen from a Ducati 916. The front brake discs are 320 mm by Honda. The rear shock absorbers are Marzocchi. The beautiful custom spoked wheels were specifically made for this beauty, with copper canals and nipples and black spokes. The wheels’ size is stock and on the rear wheel has been installed a glorious drum brake.
Emiliano ha smontato la moto pezzo per pezzo. Il motore è stato interamente rifatto e verniciato di nero abbinando il lucido a parti satinate. Il telaio posteriore è stato modificato e il forcellone rialzato. Tutto è stato verniciato a polvere. Le piastre di sterzo, la forcella e le pinze freno sono state rubate da una Ducati 916. I dischi freno anteriori sono Honda da 320 mm. Gli ammortizzatori posteriori sono Marzocchi. I bellissimi cerchi a raggi sono stati fatti su misura con canali e nippli ramati e raggi neri. Le misure sono rimaste quelle originali e al posteriore è stato installato un glorioso freno a tamburo.



The original tank was sandblasted, Emiliano created grooves for the knees, changed the cap, and the whole has been polished in a way to make it looking old. The fairing and the tail were hand-built by Emiliano working on a raw steel plate. The headlight is an old Miller of those used on the ancient Triumph and BSA. The gauges and the warning lights are embedded in the windshield. The micro taillight is a led aftermarket component. The indicators are automotive parts. The black solo seat is, of course, another custom piece. BRAVI!
Il serbatoio originale è stato sabbiato, Emiliano ha creato gli incassi per le ginocchia, cambiato il tappo, e il tutto è stato invecchiato e lucidato. Il cupolino e il codino sono stati costruiti a mano da Emiliano lavorando una lastra di acciaio. Il fanale anteriore è un vecchio Miller di quelli che montavano le antiche Triumph e BSA. Gli strumenti e le spie sono incastonate nel cupolino. Il fanale posteriore micro è a led. Le frecce sono di tipo automobilistico. La sella nera, naturalmente monoposto, è, ovviamente, un altro pezzo artigianale. BRAVI!
