DEGAS IN TURIN
The Art has no limits and has no spaces. If you want to enjoy a good exhibition in the intellectual city of Turin there is the opportunity to see a unique collection of works by Degas. This exhibition brings together 80 masterpieces of the French  artist  integrated into the life of the nineteenth century in Paris. It seems to be at the Musée D'Orsay (from which these incredible works come). An exceptional presence is the painting "Family Portrait" that has seldom left the museum in Paris and it is now housed in Turin. The work has the majestic proportions and it is listed among the early works by the author. The family represented is the family of  the paternal aunt of the artist: the picture takes us back to the reality of time with a descriptive ability absolutely involving. Most of his works are attributable to the movement of  the Impressionism, one of the first events in the modern painting that breaks the canons with the codes of the classical art. This exhibition is  very pleasant and surprising. I would suggest to visit it because these masterpieces hardly will move again from their original location in Paris.

ALBA AND THE TATUFO
If you are already in Piedmont also you can dedicate yourself to a very important trade fair (It will finish the next days - to be exact it ends November 18). The classic truffle fair in Alba, now famous throughout the world. The tartufo is a very good product but  very expensive (so watch your budget when you want by the tartufo). Grated on risotto is very good (also here pay attention to the cost!). In Alba fair you have to choose from more than 200 stands, all kind of parties, the shows and the  tastings. An opportunity to get together and to know an area vibrant and rich in the tradition and in the initiatives. It is also an opportunity to make happy the  food-lovers.

L’arte non ha confini e non ha spazi. Se volete apprezzare una buona mostra nella intellettuale Torino c’è l’occasione di vedere una raccolta unica delle opere di Degas. Questa mostra raccoglie 80 capolavori del maestro francese inserito nella vita di Parigi dell’ottocento. Sembra di essere al Musèe D’Orsay ( da cui arrivano queste incredibili opere). Una eccezionale presenza è il quadro “ Ritratto di famiglia” che raramente ha lasciato il museo parigino ed è ora ospitato a Torino. L’opera ha dimensioni maestose ed è catalogato fra le opere giovanili dall’autore. La famiglia rappresentata è la famiglia della zia paterna: il quadro ci riporta alla realtà del tempo con una capacità descrittiva assolutamente coinvolgente. Gran parte delle sue opere sono attribuibili al movimento dell’Impressionismo, una delle prime manifestazioni pittoriche nell’arte moderna che rompe i canoni con i codici dell’arte classica. Una mostra veramente piacevole e sorprendente che vi suggerisco di gustare perché difficilmente queste opere verranno di nuovo spostate dalla loro sede originaria a Parigi.

Se già vi trovate in Piemonte dedicatevi anche ad una fiera molto importante e che sta fine do in questi giorni - per l’esattezza finirà il 18 novembre). La classica fiera del tartufo di Alba, oramai famosa in tutto il mondo. Il tartufo è una prodotto estremamente buono quanto caro ( quindi attenzione alle vostre tasche quando fate shopping a base di tartufo). Grattuggiato sul risotto è molto buono ( anche qui attenzione al costo!). Nella fiera di Alba avete da scegliere tra oltre 200 stand, feste di tutti i tipi, spettacoli e degustazioni. Un’occasione per stare insieme e conoscere un territorio vivace e ricco di tradizione ed iniziative. Inoltre è un’occasione per far felici gli amanti della buoan cucina.
