The "Look-at-me" Furs

La pelliccia, oltre ad essere un’argomento molto dibattuto, è una tendenza chiave della moda di questa stagione. Gli stilisti, pur con una certa propensione di massa alla versione eco, hanno mantenuto il loro interesse su entrambe le versioni, quella reale e quella fake, per tenerci al caldo e rendere stilosi i nostri look invernali.
Volpe, visone e coniglio (vere o false) sono solo alcuni dei tipi di pelliccia rielaborati quest'anno dalle case di moda, con Fendi in testa.

Ready-to-wear, accessori e ovviamente cappotti sono stati praticamente tutti rivestiti in pelliccia, anche se il dibattito sul suo uso continua.

Infatti fortunatamente sempre meno designer optano per la pelliccia vera. Stella McCartney, ad es, che è a favore dei diritti degli animali non utilizza né pelle né pelliccia veri, ed ha presentato una bellissima selezione di capi in eco-pelliccia, tra cui cappotti e cappelli.
Ma la novità di quest’anno sono senz’altro le stole di pelliccia: una tendenza inaspettata, ma che è esplosa quasi fin da subito dopo le sfilate, forse anche grazie al connubio di praticità, originalità ed eleganza che contraddistingue questi capi. Le stole sono stati viste drappeggiate da un lato su quasi tutti i look più sportivi, mentre per un mood più chic l'abbinamento vincente è stato senza dubbio maglia, gonna, cappotto, stola, tutto in varie sfumature dello stesso colore.

Fur, that much-debated subject, is a key fashion trend this season. Designers shifted their interest to both real and faux versions to keep us warm and snuggly this winter.
Fox, mink and rabbit were just some of the types of fur reworked at the Fall-Winter 2015-16 catwalk shows of the biggest fashion houses, with Fendi leading the way.

Ready-to-wear, accessories and obviously coats were all dressed in fur this winter, although the debate about its use continues.

Luckily not all designers opted for real fur. Stella McCartney, who is pro-animal rights and uses neither leather nor fur in her designs, presented a selection of pieces in faux fur, including coats and hats.
But the new entry of this year are definitely the fur stoles.
Fur stoles may not have been an expected trend but they definitely did appear on the runway shows all around, knowing full well that the winter seasons are frosty and we regular people need as much help in the warmth department as possible.
The stoles were draped to one side on nearly all the models sporting them, while looking so very chic with the matching knit sweater and skirt set and the all-around the same hued palette.
