Ebbene è così: sabato 10 novembre, sono stata invitata a discutere di "geografie del gusto" in occasione della presentazione dell'omonimo libro di Fabrizio Finocchi. Vi ho già parlato della mia collaborazione con TerreRiflesse ed ecco il primo grande frutto: sarà per me un onore poter prendere parola intorno a qualcosa che mi appassiona, con il fine di promuovere il territorio in cui sono nata e cresciuta. L'iniziativa è indirizzata ad appassionati di gastronomia ed eccellenze territoriali, operatori del turismo o amanti di viaggi e avventure. Si parlerà di cibo e di territorio, del Vercellese e delle sue ricchezze. Sicuri di voler mancare?
Well, it's true: Saturday, November 10, I'll be invited to discuss "geographies of taste" during the presentation of the homonymous book by Fabrizio Finocchi. I have already spoken about my collaboration with TerreRiflesse and this is the first major result: it will be an honor for me to take word about something I'm passionate about, with the aim of promoting the area where I was born and raised. The initiative is aimed at food and local excellences lovers, tourism operators or lovers of travel and adventure. We discuss about food and territory, Vercelli's area and its treasures. Are you sure to miss it?
