Mercoledì 8 giugno siamo stati invitati al Timberland Event in Fournier Street di Londra per la presentazione della nuova collezione autunno-inverno 2011/2012 uomo e donna e per la promozione dell’iniziativa “Design your own shoe” con la quale ognuno può personalizzare le proprie boat shoes o boots con colori e iniziali

L’appuntamento era per le 9:00 am al numero 1 di Fournier Street nel quartiere di Spitafields nell’East End Londinese, una zona ricca di negozi vintage e ristoranti etnici, a due passi dalla City.
Lo store era davvero particolare, una fusione tra antico e moderno, ecco alcune foto:

Last Wednesday, the 8th of June, we were invited to the Timberland Event in Fournier Street, London, which introduced the new fall/winter 11/12 collection for man and woman and promoting the initiative “Design Your Own Shoe“, when you can personalize your very own boat shoes or boots with your favourite colours and even your initials

The event was set for 9:00 am in 1, Fournier Street, in the district of Spitalfields in the East End, a zone rich in vintage shops and ethnic restaurants, pretty close to the City.

La mattinata è passata veloce ed è stata molto piacevole, ci è stata servita una colazione a buffet mentre veniva illustrata la collezione e potevamo personalizzare le nostre scarpe

The morning ran by pretty quickly and it was very enjoyable, we had a nice buffet breakfast while they introduced us the new collection and we had the chance to create our own shoes
