Iniziamo la settimana parlando di un nuovo trend autunnale, quello dei cut out boots, un mix tra mocassino, stivale e sandalo. Lanciati da Balenciaga nella, ormai lontana, primavera 2011, quest'anno, grazie all'affermasi dello stile grunge, sono diventati protagonisti indiscussi. I brand ce li propongono in tutte le salse, con tacco o senza, in diversi colori, dalla linea sottile, quasi a stivaletto, con dettagli oro o argento. Li troviamo in ogni sorta di outfit, abbinati a jeans strappati e maxi camicie, o a minidress. C'è chi preferisce lasciare la caviglia nuda e chi opta per calze colorate. Insomma, non ci sono limiti per questa scarpa! Io sto valutando l'idea di comprare un paio di cut out boots, ma penso che opterò per la versione stivaletto, decisamente più vicina al mio stile. Non mi fa impazzire la versione proposta da Balenciaga e penso che per indossare quel modello, senza sembrare goffe o Mr. Ronald McDonald, si debba essere altissime! Insomma, penso che i cut out boots rientrano in quei capi che "o li ami o li odi", e voi da che parte state?
