Oggi torno a parlare delle stelle che avete incontrato a dicembre nel post dedicato alle magliette decorate con l’uncinetto. Questa volta le userò per un utilissimo progetto unisex, perfetto per piccoli e per ragazzini: lo zainetto stellato. Sono piaciuti molto i disegni che ho usato per illustrare il tutorial della borsa casetta (un paio di persone hanno perfino suggerito di stamparli per decorare la craft room!), per cui ho deciso di continuare a usare questo metodo per i prossimi progetti.
Today I’ll be talking about the little stars you already meet in my project decorating t-shirts with crochet. This time I will use them in a practical unisex project, perfect for small ones and for teenagers, too: a ‘starry’ backpack. Since you were so enthusiastic about the hand-drawn tutorial I made forthe house-bag (someone even suggested to print it out to decorate the craft room!) I will keep on using this method to make my DIYs more neat and clear.

Il modello dello zainetto è semplicissimo: un ‘corpo’ centrale nero a forma di sacca, un cordino per chiudere lo zaino che funziona anche da bretelle, una decorazione piatta da fissare con ago e filo sul lato visibile della borsa. Anche i punti utilizzati sono tra i più semplici, e davvero non c’è bisogno di essere un esperto dell’uncinetto per riprodurlo: il corpo centrale è realizzato tutto a punto basso, e per il resto basta imparare a fare catenelle e punti alti.
The model of the backpack is really simple: a main ‘body’ shaped like a sack, a unique string to close the bag and make the straps, a flat crocheted decoration to stitch on the external part of the bag. The crochet stitches required are also quite simple, you really don’t need to be an expert to make this project: the main body is made of single crochets, and you’ll also need chain and double crochets, that’s it!

Lo so, non vi aspettavate tante foto ‘in azione’! Ebbene sì, da quando ho regalato lo zainetto a mio figlio non riesco a fargli una foto da fermo… almeno gli piace! Il modello è piaciuto molto anche alle altre mamme e alle maestre dei miei bambini, e sto meditando di riprodurlo, magari con altre decorazioni… oppure semplicemente più grande, per me! Voi che ne dite?!
Ps: per decorare la craft room mi hanno proposto di usare anche l'Art Journal… dopotutto, perché no? Sono curiosa di vedere cosa combinate!
I know you didn’t expect so many pictures ‘in action’! Since I gave the backpack to my son I didn’t manage to have him still for a photo… at least he likes it a lot! A lot for mums and teacher noticed the backpack, and I’m considering making it again with some variations… or maybe bigger, for me! Wouldn’t it be nice?
PS: to decorate the craft room some of you suggested to use the pages ofthe Art Journal LINK… seriously, why not?! I’m really curious to see all these creative projects!
