What a busy weekend! First of all, intense because of rain…
…e poi ancora INTENSO di lavoro, di shopping (immancabile, per Sissi), di giochi, di pizza fatta in casa (ben riuscita, devo ammettere), di giochi a casa dei nonni, di ulteriori riflessioni sulle vacanze (sì, quelle che sono saltate, purtroppo), di progetti futuri, di calcoli in cemento armato, di corse sotto la pioggia, di lezioni di monopattino.
…INTENSE also for working, shopping (inevitable, for Sissi), games, homemade pizza (well done, I must admit), games at grandparents’ home, further reflections on vacation (yes, those that are skipped, unfortunately), future plans, design in reinforced concrete, racing in the rain, push-scooter lessons.
Abbiamo cercato di far vivere a Sissi questo weekend (senza mare causa maltempo) in maniera leggera, cercando di tenere per noi dubbi, incertezze, stanchezza… e vedere te, cara piccola Sissi, provare e riprovare fino allo sfinimento ad andare sul tuo adorato monopattino (che lei chiama “unopattino”), immancabilmente verde, è in fondo un esempio anche per noi grandi: a non abbattersi, a non mollare mai, a cercare la maniera giusta, a provare e riprovare, finchè alla fine tutto fila liscio, proprio come te. Sul tuo monopattino verde.
We have tried to make Sissi living this weekend (without the sea due to bad weather) in a light mood, trying to keep to ourselves doubts, uncertainties, fatigue… and see you, dear little Sissi, try and try again until exhausted to go on your beloved push-scooter (which she calls “unopattino”), obviously in green, finally is a great example for us: don’t crash, never give up, look for the right way, try and try again, until eventually everything it’s ok, just like you. Gli outfits di Sissi in questi due giorni sono stati semplici: t-shirt, leggings e sneakers. Fondamentali i leggings, aderenti (in realtà i Diesel sono un po’ troppo larghi in vita) e comodi, per poter giocare senza costrizioni e poter saltare su e giù dal monopattino in libertà. Abbiamo cercato di abbinare le t-shirt: nel primo outfit una polo bianca di Burberry richiama il fondo dei leggings di Simonetta, mentre nel secondo le farfalle 3d sui toni del rosa della t-shirt di Zara Kids richiamano il colore dei leggings Diesel con tante stelline.
Sissi’s outfits were simple in these two days: t-shirt, leggings and sneakers. Basic leggings, tight (the Diesel ones are a bit too wide at the waist) and convenient to be able to play without any constraints and to jump on and off the push-scooter in freedom. We tried to match the t-shirt: in the first outfit a white polo shirt from Burberry matches the background of the leggings from Simonetta, while in the second outfit butterflies 3d in shades of pink on the Zara Kids‘ t-shirt recall the color of the leggings from Diesel with many stars.

Grazie piccola mia, non sei solo tu ad imparare qualcosa (cose pratiche in fin dei conti) da noi: anche mamma e papà imparano da te, a vedere le cose in un’altra maniera, a guardarle con i tuoi occhi scuri, ma limpidi ed innocenti.
Thank you my little girl, not only you are learning something (practical things in the end) from us: even mom and dad learn from you, to see things in a different way, to look at it with your dark, but clear and innocent, eyes.
