The movies of the Italian cinema- to be honest - had not made me crazy for some years. Maybe because there was not any actor or actress that I considered great as Gina Lollobrigida , Sophia Loren, Alberto Sordi, Gasman , Tognazzi . These actors made Cinecittà a temple of the Italian cinema. Maybe the quality gap between the Italian production and abroad was huge- the Italian cinema industry needed to be updated In the last years - I must say – the Italian cinema industry has done some quality movies some funny others more politically active.There is now a group of actors very competent and the contemporary Italian filmmakers have changed a bit how to do a movie . There are some very funny movie for a fun evening as Immaturi , Welcome to the South and welcome to the north (although the original idea of this film is French and not Italian ) .There are films more intellectual as Due partite , which describe the drama of everyday life and the gap among the different generations. There are others that are quite witty and ironic .Lately I've watched a movie that I strongly suggest you . It's titled Viva l’Italia . The cast of the actors is very good, Alessandro Gasman, Raoul Bova , Ambra Angiolini up to Michele Placido . Definitely his role is really relevant . The story is typically Italian . It describes an Italian family of a politician. Mamma mia! How many things there would be to say about this class in Italy . However this film describes very well some situation with a lot of irony. Michele Placido – in this movie – is typical Italian politician with three sons :a daughter - with pronunciation problems - wanna be an actress and she is recommended by the father , the second son is a executive unable to do his role but recommended always by the father At last the third son is a doctor in a department that threatens the closure of a hospital. This is the situation . Now, the politicians are definitely famous for their incredible ability to be persuasive even if they often tell bullshits. Let's imagine that one of them becomes suddenly crazy and he start to tell the true. What will happen? A pandemonium. If you observe all the situation under an ironic point of view, it will be a tremor for many people. In the film there are some exhilarating scenes and other that make you reflect about the situation. Watch this movie and you will have fun : I’m going to attached you the scene where Michele Placido leaves the hospital and begins to tell all what he is thinking without taboo.

Se devo essere sincera per un certoperiodo i film del cinema italiano non mi facevano impazzire. Sarà che non c’era alcun attore o attrice che reputavo essere all’altezza dei mostri sacri come la Lollobrigida, Sofia Loren, Alberto Sordi, Gasman, Tognazzi e tutta la serie di artisti che fecero di Cinecittà un tempio del cinema italiano. Sarò anche perché il divario tra la produzione straniera e quella italiana era tantissima e la produzione nostrana doveva svecchiarsi. Negli ultimi anni ,devo dire, sono stati realizzati dei film piacevoli e alcuni di grande spessore. Sarà che è nata una nuova serie di attori capaci di recitare e che in contemporanea registi hanno cambiato un po’ il modo di fare cinema in Italia. Ci sono alcuni film molto divertenti per una serata in allegria come Immaturi, Benvenuti al sud e benvenuti al nord ( anche se l’idea originale di questo film è francese e non italiana). Ci sono film più sottili come Due patite, che entrano nel dramma della quotidianità e nel divario generazionale. Ce ne sono altri che sono decisamente arguti ed ironici. Ultimamente ho visto un film che vi suggerisco vivamente. Si intitola Viva l’Italia. Il cast di attori è molto buono da Alessandro Gasman a Raoul Bova, da Ambra Angiolini fino al grande Michele Placido. Sicuramente la parte di quest’ultimo è veramente rilevante. La storia è molto italiana. Immaginatevi di essere in una famiglia di un politico italiano. Mamma mia quante cose ci sarebbero da dire su questa classe in Italia. Ci pensa il film con una ironia eccezionale! Lui, Michele Placido, classico politico italiano con tre figli: la figlia attrice con problemi di pronuncia raccomandata dal ruolo del padre, il secondo figlio un imprenditore incapace che ricopre il suo ruolo grazie ad una spinta del genitore e infine il terzo figlio , la pecora nera della famiglia, medico in un reparto che rischia la chiusura di un ospedale. Ok fin qui ci siamo. I politici sono ovviamente famosi per la loro capacità incredibile nel saper fare discorsi molto convincenti anche raccontando quelle che possiamo definire “fregnacce” . Mettiamo il caso che uno di loro impazzisca ed incominci a dire veramente le cose come stanno e i vari intrighi sotto , cosa succede? Un pandemonio che visto in chiave ironica scombussolerà il mondo di più persone. Nel film ci sono scene divertentissime ed altre che fanno riflettere sempre con un sorriso. Guardatelo che vi divertirete: vi riposto solo la scena dove Michele Placido esce dall’ospedale e incomincia a spare a zero su tutto senza più tabù. Pagherei per vedere un scena analoga nella realtà!
