Someone’s looking for perfection,
someone else too…

But where can it be?

And then you look into the mirror,
see your image,
see some freckles,
your chin a little pronounced
or nose that is not really “French looking”…

Someone looks around,

The perfection, you found it, and it’s not you…
But who told you that?

It is said that beauty is in the eye of the beholder,
it is said that there is objective beauty,
So many things are said…
and I say that you’re more beautiful than you think.

Do not talk about your faults,
becouse you have none.

Do not think you’re not good enough,
because it is not true.

Do not hurt yourself because you do not deserve it…

And when you wake up in the morning
and then go in front of the mirror,
smile,
because no one else will ever be like you,
unique and special
beautiful to die for…

Leave insecurity
and free yourself,

the beauty is inside you,

Ma dove sarà?

E poi ti guardi allo specchio,
vedi la tua immagine,
vedi delle lentiggini,
il mento pronunciato
o il naso che forse non è proprio alla francese…

E poi,
poi fa male…

Qualcuno si guarda intorno,
qualcun’altro anche…

La perfezione l’hai trovata, ma non sei tu…
Ma chi lo ha detto?

Si dice che la bellezza è negli occhi di chi guarda,
si dice che esiste la bellezza oggettiva,
si dicono tante cose…
E io dico che sei più bella di quello che credi.

Non parlare dei tuoi difetti,
perché non ci sono.

Non pensare di non essere all’altezza,
perché non è così.

Non farti del male perché non lo meriti…

E quando la mattina ti svegli
e poi vai davanti allo specchio,
sorridi,
perché nessuno altro sarà mai come te,
unica e speciale
bella da morire.

Lascia l’insicurezza
e libera te stessa,

la bellezza è dentro di te,
la bellezza sei proprio tu.
