Alle volte ritornano... Ricompariamo con un post, una volta ogni tanto, mentre cerchiamo di raccattare i pezzi di questo 2013 pieno di impegni. La primavera ci ha tradito, puntiamo a rifiorire con l'estate!!
Intanto, per The Travel Eater, Amelia Doc è diventato un appuntamento fisso al quale non possiamo mancare mancare. Dopo la bella edizione dello scorso anno (ve la ricordate?), Amelia Doc torna anche quest’anno il 14, 15 e 16 giugno con un programma ricco di eventi e di iniziative! Il tutto si svolge ovviamente nel cuore del centro storico di Amelia (la bellissima cittadina umbra della quale abbiamo parlato svariate volte), e i protagonisti saranno: degustazioni, vini, tipicità e molto altro!
Sometimes they return ... Here we're back sometimes with a post in a while we try to pick up the pieces of this 2013 full of commitments. The spring has betrayed us, we aim to flourish during the summer!
For Thetraveleater, Amelia Doc is by now an usual date and an unmissable event. After the great edition of last year (do you remember?), Amelia Doc come back this year on 14th, 15th and 16th June with a rich program of events and initiatives! Everything will have location in the heart of Amelia's historical center (the beautiful Umbrian town of which we have spoken many times), and the main characters will be: tastings, wine , typical products and much more!
La rassegna si aprirà venerdì 14 alle 19,00 con il Cooking Show dello chef Paolo Trippini (un habitué) nel meraviglioso contesto del giardino di Palazzo Farrattini; seguirà sabato 15 alle 17,00 presso la Pinacoteca del museo Civico Archeologicouna degustazione di Barolo della cantina Ascheri.
Domenica 16, invece, nel chiostro Boccarini dalle 10.30 fino a sera, si terrà la degustazione dei vini di 16 cantine locali (tra le quali, ci sarà anche il nostro Leonardo Bussoletti!ve ne abbiamo parlato qualche tempo fa, ricordate?).
The event will open on Friday 14th at 19.00 with a Cooking Show by Chef Paolo Trippini (a regulars) within the wonderful setting of the garden of Palazzo Farrattini; Than, on Saturday 15th at 17.00 at the Art Gallery of the Civic Museum archeological it will follow a Barolo tasting of the "cantina Ascheri".
Sunday 16th, at the cloister Boccarini from 10.30 till evening, there will be a tasting of wines from 16 local wineries (among them, there will also be our Leonardo Bussoletti of which we told you about some time ago).
Alle 18,00, Giampaolo Gravina (autore, insieme a Camillo Favaro, del libro: Vini e terre di Borgogna e vicecuratore della Guida I Vini d’Italia dell’Espresso) ci condurrà alla scoperta dei segreti dei vini della Borgogna! Potete trovare il programma dettagliato nel sito di Amelia DOC.
At 18, 00, Giampaolo Gravina (the author, with Camillo Favaro, of the book: Vini e terre di Borgogna and coradector of "Guida I Vini d’Italia dell’Espresso") will lead us to discover the secrets of the wines of Burgundy! You can find the detailed program at the site of Amelia DOC.
