Founded in 1986 by the LA Phantom, ArtSavesLives.Net is dedicated to helping the homeless and other unfortunates by using art to expand minds and opportunities. Wandering the streets of LA in the night, the LA Phantom has a unique perspective and a closeness to the most troubled of our society.
