Asus has released the Zenfone 2 Laser 6, and it is powered by a Snapdragon 616 with 3GB of RAM. The highlights of the device include 6-inch FHD display, 32GB Internal Storage.
The smartphone comes with a 6-inch FHD display mated with ASUS TrueVivid technology and protected by the Corning Gorilla 4 glass. The new Zenfone draws its power from Qualcomm Snapdragon 616 paired with a 3GB of RAM. On the storage, the Zenfone 2 Laser 6 offers 32GB internal storage and an expandable memory card slot upto 128GB.
On the camera the primary camera is made up fo 13-Megapixel sensor with large f/2.0-aperture, 5-element auto-focus lens and the Laser autofocus. The Laser 6 comes with a Dual LED Real Tone flash, IR filter and customisable modes along with the Asus PixelMaster Technology. The camera app also gives the full control for shutterbugs to fiddle with the settings which also includes taking pictures at 52-Megapixel resolution.
The front camera shapes up in the form of a 5-Megapixel wide angled lens. The camera app comes baked with selfie Panorama, Real Time Beatification, HDR mode, GIF animation and Time Lapse. The Zenfone 2 Laser 6 will run on ZenUI 2.0 and features the usual set of connectivity features including the 4G LTE support and the Dual SIM. The device will be backed by a 3000mAh battery pack.
The Asus Zenfone 2 Laser 6 will also be sold through he traditional sales channel along with online stores and will be available in Red, Silver and Gold colors. At Rs 17,999 this is one of the few camera centric smartphone available at this price point. That said, Asus could have also included features like fast charging and maybe a FingerPrint sensor to gain an edge over the competition. It can also available on flipkart Snapdeal and Amazon.
