E’ giovane, deciso, proiettato in avanti. Filippo Simone Sanna è l’uomo del Bellagio Sporting Club. Giovanissimo, ma già sposato e con prole, dirige questa splendida struttura proponendo innovazione e voglia di condividere. A partire dalla cucina con specialità regionali, che cambiano di volta in volta, legate alle territorialità e ai luoghi italiani. Perché è all’Italia che punta, l’orgoglioso giovanotto che vedete nella foto. Una scommessa di questi tempi, certo, ma l’esperienza non manca e lo si vede dai piatti: che sanno di buono, di prodotti freschi. Ho potuto assaggiarli di persona, durante il mio tour a Bellaggio, portata a destinazione su una Fiat cinquecento blu del 1969. Il servizio è disponibile per tutti i turisti che ne vogliano usufruire, l’evento Dinner With Style comprende, a 25 euro, sia il trasporto che il pasto completo. “ Credo in queste iniziative – mi racconta Filippo – ci fanno conoscere e ci tolgono addosso questa idea di club riservato che appartiene alla struttura. Ho fatto togliere gli alberi che non facevano vedere all'interno avevo voglia di apertura, di contaminazione, di gente che viene e si diverte” . Lo Sporting dispone una beauty farm, un campo da tennis, piscina e un bellissimo prato.

Even though his youth, he is already married and with children and he runs the wonderful structure with innovation. I had the chance to taste the courses of the restaurant, dishes entirely cooked with regional and fresh products. And I had the marvellous opportunity to travel on an original-69-blue “Fiat Cinquecento”. Both the car and the dinner goes by the name of “Dinner With Style”, and this service is available for every client at cost price of 25€. “I believe in those kind of initiatives – Filippo told us – they give the right idea of the club, which is not a member-only place. I had the trees removed since they prevented people from looking inside: I like to think at this spot as a place where people want to go and have fun”. Bellagio Sporting Club has a beauty farm, a tennis field, a pool and a breathtaking garden.
