Lei si chiama Barbara e lui si chiama Albert; lei italiana, lui americano e si sono conosciuti a Roma. Due anni dopo si sposano e si trasferiscono a Los Angeles. Hanno due splendidi bambini.Ma la storia di Barbara mi ha interessato perchè da brava italiana ha scelto di crescere i suoi figli con cibi sani senza rinunciare al gusto. Ha un sito Buona Pappa, un canale di you tube a lei dedicato e da un'anno collabora con il settimanale La Stampa nella rubrica dedicata alle mamme. Con l'aiuto del marito ha realizzato molti video di ricette per bambini, dallo svezzamento ai primi anni dello sviluppo, sia in italiano che in inglese.Io l'ho trovata stupenda, molto chiara nelle spiegazioni, piena di idee, brava nell'esecuzione e soprattutto con un viso dolcissimo e un sorriso che vi mette allegria...
