Coolpad Note 3 Lite is a watered down version of the Coolpad Note 3. The Note 3 Lite comes with fingerprint scanner, 3GB of RAM and a 5-inch HD display. It will be sold on Amazon and will be priced at Rs 6,999.
After Coolpad made an entry in the Indian market with its Coolpad Note 3, an affordable phablet with all the class leading features it has now released the Coolpad Note 3 Lite. The Lite is actually a smaller 5-inch version of the Coolpad Note 3 and will retail at Rs 6,999. The Coolpad Note 3 had been launched on Amazon priced at Rs 8,999 and it comes with a larger 5.5-inch display.
The Coolpad Note 3 Lite resembles the Note 3 from most quarters and the only thing that differs is the textured back panel of the device unlike the Coolpad Note 3 which actually comes with a matte finished back panel. Thankfully, the Coolpad Note 3 Lite carries over all the other features from the Note 3 including the Fingerprint sensor, which will make it earn the title of most affordable phone with Fingerprint sensor.
The Coolpad Note 3 Lite comes with a 5-inch 720p HD display and offers a pixel density of 320ppi. The device runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop wrapped in the company's Cool UI. The Coolpad Note Lite draws its power from the quad-core MediaTek MT 6735 processor paired with 3GB of RAM as opposed to the Coolpad Note 3 which came powered with a octa core MediaTek MT 6753 and on the storage front it offers 16GB of internal storage and a microSD card for further memory expansion. On the imaging front things remain unchanged, the Coolpad Note 3 Lite sports a 13-Megapixel primary sensor and a 5-Megapixel secondary sensor. The phone comes with all the connectivity options inclusive of 4G LTE. Coolpad has again partnered with Amazon.in and the Note 3 Lite will go on (flash) sale on 28th January.
