Gli artisti e designer di Los Angeles, Nikolai e Simon Haas, hanno creato 12 pezzi per Versace Home, tra cui l’inedita Donatella Chair dedicata a Donatella Versace.

aas Brothers hanno scelto alcuni dei motivi iconici del design Versace, dando vita ad una collezione estremamente innovativa che guarda al futuro e, al tempo stesso, fedele al dna del brand.
La seduta Donatella Chair descrive perfettamente lo spirito del progetto, fatto di glamour e rock’n’roll. Caratterizzata da una struttura in ottone a nido d’ape e rivestita in pelle nera, lavorata interamente a mano dagli Haas Brothers, la Donatella Chair rende omaggio alla artigianalità del design Versace.
Tra gli altri pezzi, The Stud Club, poltrona ispirata allo stile di Donatella Versace e alla collezione “Bondage” creata da Gianni Versace nel 1992, e The Bondage Bench, pura provocazione che gioca con la sensualità della moda e del design.
“Sono elettrizzata per questo speciale progetto Versace Home e Haas Brothers. I gemelli Haas hanno colto perfettamente lo spirito di Versace, realizzando una collezione molto forte e sicuramente rivolta al futuro. Sono sicura che questi saranno i nuovi iconic piece di Versace Home”, ha detto Donatella Versace.
“Incontrare Donatella ed esplorare il mondo Versace è stato fonte di incredibile ispirazione. Per questa collaborazione, era importante per noi interpretare gli elementi più iconici della maison, così da creare qualcosa di completamente nuovo e inaspettato. Siamo davvero orgogliosi del risultato”, hanno aggiunto gli Haas Brothers.

The Los Angeles-based artists and designers Nikolai e Simon Haas created twelve pieces for Versace Home, including the new Donatella Chair dedicated to Donatella Versace.
Together with the creative director of the fashion house Haas Brothers chose some of the iconic patterns of Versace’s design and gave life to an extremely innovative collection, looking at the future but at the same time faithful to the label’s dna.
The Donatella Chair perfectly describes the spirit of the project, made of glamour and rock’n’roll. Characterised by a honeycomb brass structure and upholstered with black leather, which is hand-worked by Haas brothers themselves, the Donatella Chair pays homage to the craftmaship of Versace’s design.
Between the other pieces, The Stud Club, an armchair inspired by Donatella Versace’s style and by the “Bondage Collection” created by Gianni Versace in 1992, and The Bondage Bench, pure provocation playing with the sensuality of fashion and design.
“I am excited for this special collaboration between Versace Home and Haas Brothers. Haas twins have perfectly understood Versace’s spirit, creating a collection which is very strong and certainly pointed towards the future. I am sure these will be the new iconic pieces of Versace Home,” said Donatella Versace.
“Meeting Donatella and exploring the Versace world has been a source of incredible inspiration. For this collaboration it was important to us to interpret the most iconic elements of the brand, in order to create something completely new and unexpected.
