What are we celebrating today (ok i know...i'm a bit in late!)?? Your V’s 30! I almost can’t believe it ... basically I'm still feeling twenty-five, but in reality, the years pass and I'm really starting to become an adult ☺! Usually every year that passes gets over analyzed... and sometimes we worry too much about past and future ... well, what I hope for, is not to lose sight of this, live each moment of every day, every hour, every minute, every breath. May I take this opportunity to talk a little more about myself and soon you will know me better… I'm renewing the look of this blog... and there you’ll find a space with loads of information about me for those who don’t really know me that well yet! Let’s go to the sweet side of this day…deciding on which cake to have is not easy…one thousand flavours to choose from, chocolate, cream, fruit, baked or fresh, one layer or a lot like American cakes???? On top of all that I’m in the Australian country side, our milk comes from the neighbours, eggs are organic and we only have raw sugar…well it’s a bit complicated…but the best things are those that happen by chance…so after some suggestions this recipe arrived…Chocolate and raspberry cake…chocolate cakes are usually not photogenic…but I couldn’t say no! So I’m going to bake MY birthday cake!
