Le Tartarughe, a historical name in Romanfashion, launches its new collection for autumn-winter 2011-2012. SusannaLiso, the brand’s fashion designer, has always believed in the profound synergybetween art and fashion, presenting her collections in an original way. From2003 to 2008, for example, on the catwalks of AltaRoma, her Haute Couturecollections unfolded in mises en scène thatwere notable for their performance values. This way ofinterpreting art and fashion as feeding off each other has also led SusannaLiso over the years to take an interest in cinema, working with the costumedesigners for films directed by Bertolucci, Avati and Ozpeteck, dressingactresses such as Lucrezia Lante della Rovere, Laura Morante and ValentinaCervi in her creations. And it is this love for the cinema that has ledSusanna Liso to want to introduce her new autumn-winter collection, entitled“Ricordi” (“Memories”), through a short film that seeks to be a homage and avision of it. Shot by the young director Milo Adami, the video is a liberalreinterpretation of one of the best-known films in Italian cinema “Una giornataparticolare” (“A Special Day”) by Ettore Scola. Le Tartarughe, un nome storico della moda romana, lancia la sua nuova collezione per l'autunno-inverno 2011-2012. Susanna Liso, stilista del marchio, ha sempre creduto nella sinergia profonda tra arte e moda, presentando le sue collezioni in modo originale. Dal 2003 al 2008, ad esempio, sulle passerelle di AltaRoma, la collezione Haute Couture si è svolto in una veste molto originale e particolare. Ed è questo amore per il cinema che ha portato Susanna Liso a voler presentare la sua nuova collezione autunno-inverno, dal titolo "Ricordi" ("Ricordi"), attraverso un breve filmato che cerca di essere un omaggio e una visione di esso. Girato dal giovane regista Milo Adami, il video è una rilettura liberale di uno dei più noti film del cinema italiano "Una giornata Particolare" ("Una giornata particolare") di Ettore Scola Un nuovo modo, quindi, per presentare una collezione: ogni abito è interpretato qui come se fosse un desiderio, un gusto e uno stato d'animo.
