La collezione autunno/inverno 2015-2016 di Laura Biagiotti, emana il grande amore della designer per la città di Roma; il suo tributo mette in scena sulla passerella un binomio "moda-cultura". Stampe, forme e decori identificano la città eterna, la maglia viene lavorata con punti e intrecci scolpiti come bassorilievi. La palette cromatica ricorda anch'essa le sfumature di Roma. Toni che vanno dal rosa all’ocra, fino all’arancio dei tramonti sui Fori. Il bianco grezzo del travertino incontra i riflessi d’oro delle Cupole e i chiaroscuri delle architetture, che virano in una composizione di grigi fino al contrasto bianco nero.
Laura Biagiotti crea l'Abito Mappa. La cartina di Roma, rivisitata con un design ipergeometrico, viene riprodotta con la tecnica jacquard del positivo negativo sugli abiti di cashmere e intarsiata nel tessuto. L’iconografia della città è rappresentata da stampe di architetture e da composizioni di marmi, impresse su chiffon, satin e panno di lana.
Abiti leggerissimi a bambola con balze si alternano a tute con pieghe plissettate, gonne voluminose, tubini ricamati con le maniche di pelo e paletot dalla linea Sixties. La Collana Roma con il capitello montato su una piastra di metallo, è accessorio e dettaglio che sostiene l’abito fluttuante. Stivali, tronchetti, slippers baby e sandali sono realizzati con pellami che riproducono le sfumature della città, dai marmi delle stampe ai bagliori dell’oro di Roma.
Simbolo e significato nell’abito jacquard di cashmere con la colonna realizzata nei toni grezzi e in scala di grigi. Il bustier-capitello è ricamato con pietre e fettucce di pelle. E ancora ricami-Roma come seducenti armature ornano abiti in mikado, velluto e lana bouclè. Anche il piumino ha le cuciture che riproducono la colonna. Gli occhiali hanno una colonna di metallo sulle aste e gli acetati riproducono le venature dei marmi.

Prints, shapes and decorations identify the eternal city, the jersey is worked with points and weaves as sculpted bas-reliefs. The color palette recalls also the nuances of Rome. Shades ranging from pink to ocher, to orange sunsets on the Forum. The raw white travertine meets the reflections of golden domes and the "chiaroscuro" of the architecture, which turn into a composition of gray to white contrast black. Laura Biagiotti creates the Map dress. The map of Rome, revisited with an hypergeometric design, is played with the technique jacquard positive negative on the clothes of cashmere and inlaid into the fabric. The iconography of the city is represented by prints of architectures and compositions of marble, printed on chiffon, satin and wool cloth. Lightweight clothes by doll style with flounces alternate with pleats pleated bib, voluminous skirts, embroidered sheath dresses with sleeves of coat and overcoat from the line Sixties. The necklace with the capital Rome mounted on a metal plate, is an accessory and detail that supports the floaty dress. Boots, ankle booties, slippers and baby sandals are made with leather that reproduce the nuances of the city, from the marbles of the prints to the gleam of gold in Rome. Symbol and Meaning acting within jacquard cashmere with the column carried in shades raw and grayscale. The bustier-capital is embroidered with stones and strips of skin. And also embroidery-Rome as seductive armor adorn dresses in Mikado, velvet and wool bouclé. The quilt has seams that reproduce the column. The glasses have a metal column on the temples and acetates reproduce the veins of marble.
