My Milano Fashion Week - IPhone Edition

 Fashion Week in Milan Pure madness I begin in this way my tale of my most frenetic three days since long times Living in Milan during fashion weekis like live consistently with your feet on those rolls that you find at the airport for walking faster. But no matter how fast you go, is never enough Personally, I walked so much that it get me out an inflammation in the knee, and I do not believe it happened a long time! If you're wondering why of the title, well .. in the middle of my way to Milan, I realized I had left the camera home .. so I shot everything with my trusty iPhone! I apologize for the quality of images, but it's just the Steve Jobs' fault!
Settimana della moda a Milano. Il puro delirio. Inizio cosi' il mio racconto dei tre giorni piu' frenetici degli ultimi tempi vissuti. Vivere a Milano durante la fashion week e' come vivere costantemente con i piedi sui quei rulli che trovi agli scali aereoportuali per camminare piu' veloce. Ma per quanto veloce tu vada, non lo e' mai abbastanza. Personalmente ho camminato cosi' tanto da farmi uscire un'infiammazione al ginocchio,e credetemi che non mi capitava da tempo!! Se vi state chiedendo il perche' del titolo, beh.. a meta' del mio tragitto verso Milano mi sono accorta di aver lasciato la digitale a casa.. quindi ho scattato tutto con il mio fidato IPhone! Mi scuso per la qualita' delle imagini, ma e' solo colpa di Steve Jobs!!


My first fashion show has been Les Copains, on Friday at noon, held in a beautiful building near La Scala. Despite my initial puzzlement on the label, I saw it maybe a little far from my style, I must say I was undeceived Totally wearable colors and fabrics, outfits that you could see women wearing them every day, attention to detail and much, much, much white in all its nuances I really liked the clean lines, not to making heavy outfits with gaudy and bulky accessories, the transparencies in the right place and never vulgar But I have to do a little criticism, perhaps even two. The first concerns is about the organization Most of us bloggers were made entered after the show was started and left in a corner where you could hardly take pictures Sure, maybe we are not as important as the buyers or the accredited press, but I think that we deserve a little credit. Second, some models were really skinny It is said that the model are choosen so skinny cause you should pay attention only to the dress and the model should be only a living dummy.. Well, some of them took away the attention from the dress for how much they were skinny But we all know that things are going like this, so I just wanted to share my point if view
La mia prima sfilata e' stata Les Copains, a mezzogiorno di venerdi', tenutasi in un bellissimo palazzo vicino alla Scala. Nonostante le mie iniziali perplessita' sul marchio, lo vedevo forse un po' distante dal mio stile, devo dire di essermi ricreduta. Colori e tessuti assolutamente portabili, outfit che potreste vedere addosso alle donne tutti i giorni, cura nei dettagli e tanto, tanto, tantissimo bianco in tutte le sue nuance. Ho apprezzato molto le linee pulite, il non appesantire troppo la mise con accessori pacchiani ed ingombranti, le trasparenze al punto giusto e mai volgari. Devo fare pero' una piccola critica, anzi forse due. La prima riguarda l'organizzazione. La maggior parte di noi blogger e' stata fatta entrare a sfilata iniziata e lasciata in un angolo dove difficilmente si riusciva a fare foto. Certo, forse non siamo importanti come i buyer o la stampa accreditata, ma credo che un po' di merito lo dobbiate anche a noi. Secondo, alcune modelle erano veramente troppo magre. Si dice che si sceglie la modella magra perche' si dovrebbe prestare attenzione solo al vestito e la modella dovrebbe esere un manichino vivente.. ecco alcune di loro toglievano l'attenzione dall'abito per quanto erano magre. Pero' si sa che le cose vanno cosi', il mio voleva solo essere un'ulteriore punto di vista.

 The next day was time for Frankie Morello I must say immediately, I felt in love with the whole collection All, without exception But let's go on order! The staging was essential, white runway, pastel-colored panels, white lights .. but this "Souvenir d" Italie"was no need for frills or refined sets. I really liked how the designers have played with the most important architectural elements of our country, so here's the Coliseum becomes a golden belt or a gondola becomes a beautiful headband But not only, on all items we could find prints with the tower of Pisa, with landscapes taken from the Amalfi coast, like postcards in motion We want to talk about shoes? High wedges, strictly black and absolutely wonderful I also liked the line that unites this woman collection to that one seen in June for the man: the presence of the bicycle element, more pronounced in the male version, present here with shorts sticking out from full skirts Very also beautiful earrings, round, golden and with our boots well in sight. Congratulations, congratulations and compliments again, also for the choice of soundtrack that gave a touch of irony to the situation of crisis we keep hearing about A very special thanks to Leone for the courtesy which always holds for us!
 Il giorno successivo e' stata la volta di Frankie Morello. Lo devo dire subito, mi sono innamorata di tutta la collezione. Tutta, senza fare eccezioni. Ma andiamo con ordine. Allestimento essenziale, passerella bianca, pannelli color pastello, luci bianche.. ma per questo "Souvenir d"Italie" non c'erano bisogno di fronzoli o di scenografie ricercate. Mi e' piaciuto molto come gli stilisti abbiano giocato con gli elementi architettonici piu' importanti della nostra penisola, ecco quindi che il colosseo diventa una cintura dorata o che una gondola diventa un bellissimo cerchietto. Ma non solo, su tutti i capi campeggiano stampe con la torre di pisa, con paesaggi presi dalla costiera amalfitana, insomma delle cartoline in movimento. Vogliamo parlare delle scarpe? Zeppe altissime, rigorosamente nere e assolutamente stupende. Ho apprezzato anche la linea che accomuna questa collezione donna a quella vista a giugno per l'uomo, ovvero la presenza dell'elemento bicicletta, piu' marcato nella versione maschile, presente qui tramite degli shorts che sbucavano dalle gonne ampie. Molto belli anche gli orecchini, tondi, dorati e con il nostro stivale ben in vista. Complimenti, complimenti e ancora complimenti, anche per la scelta della colonna sonora che dava un tocco ironico alla situazione di crisi di cui tanto si parla. Un ringraziamento anche a Leone per la cortesia che sempre ci riserva!
