Nutritic La Roche-Posay

Ciao ragazze! Oggi vorrei parlarvi di una cosa odiosissima che mi succede spesso durante l’anno. Vi premetto che non sono una di quelle brave ragazze che bevono due litri d’acqua oligominerale al giorno tutto l’anno, ed infatti d’inverno quasi mi dimentico di bere (mentre in estate sembro un cammello assetato), per cui l’idratazione dei miei tessuti è, ahimé, pari a quella del Gobi in pieno Agosto.

I state that you are not one of those good girls who drink two liters of mineral water per day throughout the year, and in fact the winter I almost forgot to drink (and in summer look like a thirsty camel), so the hydration of my skin is, alas, the same as that of the Gobi in the middle of August.

Detto ciò, ogni anno i primi freddi mi trovano impreparata, e così le mie labbra si riducono in una maniera pietosa. Così, venerdì sera, rientrando dall’ufficio, sono passata in farmacia alla ricerca di un rimedio e ho preso questo stick di La Roche-Posay: Nutritic. Nutritic è in realtà una linea che La Roche-Posay ha studiato appositamente per le pelli sensibili, secche e molto secche, ricca di elementi rilipidizzanti che non ungono, come spesso invece accade in questi casi. Un po’ dubbiosa, avendo io la pelle mista, ho seguito lo stesso il consiglio della farmacista (le mie labbra erano in uno stato davvero pietoso), la quale mi ha spiegato che la prima cosa da fare era ripristinare il giusto grado di idratazione delle mie labbra. Non a caso il “sottotitolo” del prodotto è Trattamento Trasformazione delle Labbra Secche, con Biolipidi e Ceramide 5, che aiutano a riparare la barriera idrolipidica delle labbra.

So, Friday night, returning to the office, I went to the pharmacy in search of a remedy and I bought this stick of La Roche-Posay: Nutritic. Nutritic is actually a line from La Roche-Posay has been specially developed for sensitive, dry and very dry, rich in elements rilipidizzanti not greasy, but as often happens in such cases. A bit ‘dubious, as I had combination skin, I followed the advice of the pharmacist (my lips were really in a pitiful state), which explained to me that the first thing to do was to restore the proper degree of hydration of my lips. Oltre a darmi alcuni suggerimenti per mantenere idratate e quindi in salute le mie labbra (coming soon), la farmacista mi ha suggerito di bere molto (acqua, tè, tisane, succhi di frutta, centrifugati, frullati…) e di eseguire una vera e propria terapia d’urto con questo prodotto.
Eccola qui, passo dopo passo:
1)Struccare e sciacquare le labbra con acqua tiepida;
2)Spazzolare delicatamente le labbra con uno spazzolino in setole morbide (l’ideale sarebbe prendere uno di quelli per bambini);
3)Passare sulle labbra un velo sottile di prodotto. Ripetere ogni trenta minuti;
4)Prima di andare a letto, cospargere le labbra con una dose abbondante (4-5 passate ripetute) di prodotto;
5) Il giorno dopo troverete sulle labbra il prodotto raggrumato. Passare lo spazzolino sulle labbra con acqua tiepida per rimuovere il prodotto e le cellule morte. Passate un velo sottile di trattamento;
6)Ogni ora, ora e mezza, passate un velo sottile di prodotto. Dopo aver bevuto, dopo aver mangiato e dopo esservi lavate i denti. Fate attenzione al dentifricio perché può seccare le labbra.

In addition to giving me some tips to keep hydrated and healthy, then my lips (coming soon), the pharmacist suggested me to drink a lot (water, tea, herbal tea, fruit juice, centrifuged, smoothies …) and perform a real shock therapy with this product.
Here it is, step by step:
1) Remove make-up lips and rinse it with warm water;
2) Gently brush your lips with a soft bristle brush (the ideal would be to take one of those for children);
3) Switch on the lips a thin layer of product. Repeat every thirty minutes;
4) Before going to bed, coat your lips with a generous amount (4-5 past repeated) of product;
5) The next day you will find the product caked on the lips. Pass the brush on the lips with warm water to remove the product and dead cells. Spend a thin veil of treatment;
6) Every hour, hour and a half, past a thin layer of product. After drinking, after eating and after you brush your teeth. Pay attention to toothpaste because it can dry out the lips.

All’inizio ero scettica. Di trattamenti ne ho provati, ma tutti mi seccavano le labbra ancora di più. Così mi sono detta “Ne hai bisogno, provaci!”. Ed ho fatto bene. Funziona! venerdì sera avevo le labbra secche che tiravano agli angoli della bocca, piene di quelle orribili pellicine morte (il prossimo passo sarebbe stato il sanguinamento). Ieri, lunedì, stavano molto, molto meglio, ed oggi, martedì potrei già mettere il rossetto… se non fosse che sono a casa col raffreddore (e la farmacista mi ha suggerito di non mettere il rossetto per almeno una settimana…). E non so voi, ma questo tempo così piovoso mi mette un sonno…

And I do not know about you, but this time so rainy it makes me sleep …
