Outdoor: look fresh and clean

Per noi ragazze è importante avere sempre un'aspetto curato ed ordinato, ed il make up è un valido alleato in questo senso, però esistono delle circostanze in cui andrebbe tenuto proprio al minimo.
Ad esempio in palestra o quando si pratica qualche sport come il tennis: c'è sempre qualche ragazza che arriva truccata e pettinata di tutto punto, con tanto di eyeliner, fondotinta e blush e sinceramente, a me sembra assolutamente fuori luogo presentaris così in un'abiente del genere (soprattutto considerando che poi ci si deve fermare ogni 5 minuti per sistemarsi), e lo stesso vale per l'abbigliamento casual.
Se si sceglie questo look, si vuol dare l'idea di una persona dinamica e fresca, ed un make up eccessivo, per quanto perfettamente applicato, risulterebbe comunque antiestestico. Questo non vuol dire che si debba rinunciare del tutto a mascara e lucidalabbra, basta usarli con moderazione.
Ecco quindi alcuni consigli per ottenere un look fresco e pulito.

Se volete potete evitare di utilizzare il mascara, ma ricordatevi di passare comunque il piegaciglia. Se invece volete applicare anche il mascara, provate con uno marrone, avrà un'effetto molto più naturale.

Un po 'di mascara sulle ciglia superiori che le renda più spesse o più a lunghe,è sempre una buona scelta ma evitate l'effetto ciglia finte, per quanto bello in questo caso è sconsigliabile.

Evitate sia l'ombretto che il fondotinta: per nascondere le piccole imperfezioni limitatevi all'uso del correttore ed ad un filo di blush se volete un pò di colore.

L'eyeliner potrebbe sminuire la freschezza del vostro look , soprattutto se applicato in una linea piuttosto spessa - in questo caso l'eyeliner nero è il peggiore, se desiderate proprio sottolineare la linea degli occhi meglio una riga di matita marrone tra le ciglia

Infine le labbra: la cosa migliore sarebbe lasciarle al naturale, magari con giusto una passata di gloss trasparente, il rossetto in qualche caso può anche essere grazioso, ma meglio evitare il rosso ed i colori troppo forti o scuri.

If you do not wish to use mascara, you might like to curl your eyelashes. Remember to be careful using products near your eyes. If you wish to apply mascara and curl your lashes, always curl your lashes FIRST.

A little mascara on the upper eyelashes can help the lashes to look thicker or longer, depending on the mascara you choose and how you apply it, but in this case avoid the "false lashes" effect.

Avoid eye shadows and foundation: to hide small imperfections just use the concealer and a touch of blush on the cheeks if you want add a bit of color.

Eyeliner might detract from the freshness of your look, especially if applied to the waterline - black eyeliner is the worst offender, but if you want to just highlight your eye line, is way better just a line of brown pencil between the lashes.

Finally, lips: the best thing would be to leave them natural, maybe with just some clear gloss, the lipstick in some cases can also be pretty, but it's better to avoid red and colors too strong or dark
