passando da Le Bontà

  
 Due domeniche fa, tornando da Pisa, dopo un bel pranzetto al ristorante indiano e una mattina in giro tra Lungarni tiepidi e Museo della Grafica (era l'ultimo giorno per visitare la mostra "Siamo del Gatto" ovviamente dedicata ai nostri a-mici!), non abbiamo resistito passando di fronte a Le Bontà, la migliore pasticceria di Lucca.Il dolce che abbiamo preso era così buono che non potevo non dedicargli un post e qualche foto.Two Sundays ago, returning from Pisa, after a good dinner at the Indian restaurant and a morning tour of lukewarm Arno river and Museum of Graphic (it was the last day to visit the exhibition "We are of the Cat" obviously dedicated to our friends cats!) , we could not resist the temptation to stop at Le Bontà, the best bakery in Lucca.
The cake we made was so good that I could not dedicate a post and a few photos
Una base di croccante frolla non troppo dolce su cui poggiava una leggera  base di mou e palline di cioccolato, da qui partivano torrette alla nocciola e caramello salato, e su tutto trionfavano macarons alla fragola e limone, davvero stupefacenti...
Davvero una torta indimenticabile!
 A base of crisp pastry not too sweet on which rested a light base of toffee and chocolate balls, departed from here turrets hazelnut and salted caramel, and triumphed over all macarons strawberry and lemon, really amazing ...
Truly a memorable cake! Eating it was a real journey in taste! Le Bontà è consigliatissima anche dal gatto Nerone ;)))
