With under 2 weeks to go to the start of the new premier league season teams are adding the final touches to there transfer activity and this weeks big movers are Everton who broke there club transfer record by spending 28 million pounds to bring Belgian striker Romelu Lukaku to Goodison on a permanent deal from Chelsea after the 21 year old spent last season on loan there scoring 16 times , he signs a 5 year deal with the Toffees. also joining is 21 year old Muhamed Besic who joins for an undisclosed fee from Ferencvaros , the Bosnian midfielder has signed a 5 year deal.
