PREMIO INTERNAZIONALE DI POESIA 
“Caffè Letterario Convivio” 2014

1. Possono partecipare autori italiani e stranieri inviando massimo tre poesie nelle quali almeno una delle tre opere tratti il tema di Mare Nostrum. Le poesie in lingua straniera devono pervenire in lingua originale e anche con la traduzione in italiano. Nel caso di partecipazione con una sola opera la tematica prevista è Mare Nostrum.
2. Le poesie devono pervenire in 7(sette) copie dattiloscritte in formato A4 carattere times new roman 12, di cui una copia deve essere corredata delle generalità del partecipante: biografia personale, cognome, nome, indirizzo, luogo e data di nascita ed eventuale recapito telefonico ed indirizzo e-mail e chiusa in una busta a parte con la seguente dichiarazione firmata:

“le mie poesie concorrenti sono frutto del mio ingegno. Autorizzo ai sensi dell’art. 11 legge 675/96 il trattamento dei miei dati nell’ambito del Premio.”
3. E’ prevista una quota di partecipazione (a copertura delle spese di organizzazione, di segreteria e di promozione) di 15 (quindici) euro.
Il pagamento può essere effettuato nei seguenti modi:

4. Le poesie non devono essere accompagnate da disegni o immagini tali da rendere riconoscibile l’autore ai giurati.
5. Le opere e la busta con le generalità, vanno inoltrate, in un unico plico, alla
Segreteria del Premio Internazionale di poesia “Caffè Letterario Convivio”

95041 CALTAGIRONE – (CATANIA) – entro il 31.O1.2015. Farà fede la data del timbro postale.
6. Saranno scartate, senza che sia dovuta comunicazione al concorrente, quelle opere che non corrisponderanno a quanto richiesto nei precedenti articoli.
7. Le opere inviate non saranno restituite. La segreteria non è tenuta ad alcuna comunicazione, sull’esito del Premio, ai concorrenti non premiati. I risultati saranno resi noti mediante pubblicazione sulla stampa e su internet nel sito

8. L’apertura delle buste con le generalità degli autori avviene solo dopo la scelta delle opere finaliste e vincitrici, in modo che i giurati non siano prima a conoscenza del nome del concorrente.
9. La giuria è formata da 5 esponenti Presidente della giuria Prof. Antonino Buttitta

Primo classificato
Premio primo classificato € 1000,00 e attestato di partecipazione
Secondo classificato
Attestato di partecipazione e pernottamento
Terzo classificato
Attestato di partecipazione e pernottamento
11. Al finalista straniero premio unico come primo classificato sarà assegnato un premio di € 1000,00 e attestato di partecipazione.
12. La giuria si riserva di premiare con attestato di partecipazione le poesie segnalate.

13. La cerimonia di proclamazione dei vincitori avrà luogo Aprile 2015, verrà comunicato il giorno, i premi dovranno essere ritirati dagli interessati. Tutti i concorrenti sono invitati.
14. Ai sensi dell’articolo 11 della Legge 675/96 i concorrenti autorizzano l’organizzazione al trattamento dei loro dati anagrafici e biografici nell’ambito del Premio.
15. I premiati, i finalisti, e i concorrenti selezionati autorizzano a raccogliere in un volume le loro opere che eventualmente s’intendesse pubblicare, senza nulla pretendere come diritti d’autore, pur conservando i rispettivi autori la proprietà letteraria delle stesse.
16. La partecipazione al Premio costituisce implicita accettazione di tutte le norme del regolamento. Per quanto non previsto dal presente bando valgono le deliberazioni della giuria e per ogni controversia è competente il foro di Caltagirone CT.

NATIONAL PRIZE FOR POETRY

“Literary Cafe Convivio” 2014

1. Can participate Italian and foreign authors by sending a maximum of three poems in which at least one of the three works will have the theme of Mare Nostrum. The poems in a foreign language must be submitted in the original language with translation into Italian. In the case of participation with a single work the expected poem might be with Mare Nostrum theme.

1. The poems should be sent in seven (7) copies of typed A4, font Times New Roman 12, a copy of which(in a separate envelope inside) shall be accompanied by data of the participant: personal biography, surname, name, address, date and place of birth and eventual phone number and e-mail address and enclosed in a separate envelope with the following signed declaration:

“My poems competiting are the result of my wits. I Consent according to art. 11 law 675/96 the use of my data in the context of the Prize. “

1. There is a participation fee (to cover the costs of organization, secretarial and promotion) of 15 (fifteen) euro.

1. It will be discarded without notice those works that do not correspond to what is required in the preceding articles.

1. The works will not be returned. The Secretariat is not bound to any communication about the outcome of the Prize not awarded. The results will be announced by publication in the press and on the website :https://associazioneconvivio.wordpress.com . Finalists will be given prompt written notice.

1. The opening of the envelopes with the generality of the authors only takes place after the selection of the finalists and winners, so that jurors are not knowing the name of the competitor.

10. Finalists of Italian works will be awarded by:

First Prize:

Prize of  € 1,000.00 and a certificate of participation

Second Prize:

Certificate of attendance and overnight stay

Third Prize:

Certificate of attendance and overnight stay

11 For the foreign finalist: a single premium as the first Prize winner will be awarded: a prize of € 1,000 E and a certificate of participation.

12 The jury reserves the right to award a certificate of participation to remarked poems.

13 The ceremony announcing the winners will take place on April 2015. Prizes will be withdrawn by those concerned. All competitors are invited.

14 According to Article 11 of Law 675/96 participants authorize the organization to the processing of their personal data and biographical details in the context of the Prize.

15 The winners, finalists, and selected competitors authorize to collect their works in a volume that eventually will be published, without demanding anything as copyright: the works remaining the literary total property of the respective authors themselves.

16 Participation in the competition implies acceptance of all the articles of the Regulation. For matters not covered by this announcement, the deliberations of the jury are  prevailing and any dispute is referred to the court of Caltagirone CT.

لجائزة العالمية للشعر “المقهى الأدبي كونفيفيو”

1. المشاركة مفتوحة للشعراء الإيطاليين و الأجانب الذين يقومون بإرسال 3 قصائد على أقصى تقدير، واحدة منها على الأقل تتناول موضوع « Mare Nostrum » . إذا اختار الشاعر المشاركة بقصيدة واحدة فعليه الالتزام بموضوع المسابقة.
2. ترسل القصائد في 7 نسخ مرقونة على ورقة A4 بخط Times new roman 14 و تصحب نسخة منها بالسيرة الذاتية للمشارك تتضمن اسمه و لقبه، عنوانه، تاريخ و مكان ولادته، رقم هاتفه و عنونه الالكتروني. كما يرسل المشارك نص التصريح الآتي ممضى من طرفه: « le mie poesie concorrenti sono frutto del mio ingegno. Autorizzo ai sensi dell’art.11 legge 675/96 il trattamento dei miei nell’ambito del Premio »
3. يلتزم كل مشارك بدفع مبلغ 15 أورو (لتغطية مصاريف التنظيم و الكتابة و الاشهار) على الحساب: BANCOPOSTA

4. لا تقبل النصوص المرفوقة بصور أو علامات يمكن بواسطتها التعرف على صاحبها.
5. ترسل القصائد و الظرف المتضمن للسيرة الذاتية في ارسالية واحدة إلى كتابة الجائزة العالمية للشعر “المقهى الأدبي كونفيفيو” جمعية جوزي كونترافاتو Via Fontanelle,104

   ITALIA   قبل تاريخ 31 جانفي 2015 و يعتمد في ذلك الختم البريدي.
6. لا تقبل المشاركات التي لا تحترم ما ورد في الفصول السابقة و ذلك دون الالتزام بإعلام أصحابها بهذا القرار.
7. لا ترجع النصوص المشاركة إلى أصحابها و لا تتولى الكتابة إبلاغ المشاركين غير الفائزين بنتائج المسابقة. يتم الإعلام بالنتائج بواسطة الصحافة و على موقع النات التالي: com..associazioneconvivio. يقع إعلام الفائزين كتابيا في الإبان.
8. تفتح الظروف المتضمنة للسيرة الذاتية للمشاركين بعد اختيار القصائد الفائزة حتى لا يطلع أعضاء لجنة التحكيم على هوية هؤلاء.
9. تتكون لجنة التحكيم من 5 أعضاء و يترأسها الأستاذ أنتونيو بوتيتا.
10. تمنح للقصائد الإيطالية الفائزة جائزة مالية تقدر ب 1000 أورو مع شهادة مشاركة. تمنح للفائز الثاني و الثالث شهادة مشاركة لكل منها مع التكفل بمعلوم الإقامة.
11. تمنح للفائز الأجنبي المصنف الأول جائزة مالية تقدر ب 1000 أورو مع شهادة مشاركة.
12. تحتفظ لجنة التحكيم بحقها في منح شهادات مشاركة للقصائد التي ترتئيها.
13. يتم تنظيم حفل الإعلان عن نتائج المسابقة خلال شهر أفريل 2015 و تسحب الجوائز من طرف أصحابها. يدعى كل المشاركين لحضور هذه التظاهرة.
14. طبقا للفصل 11 من القانون عدد 675/96 يسمح المشاركون لمنظمي التظاهرة باستعمال سيرهم الشخصية في إطار الجائزة.
15. يسمح الفائزون و المشاركون بنشر قصائدهم مع الإبقاء على حقهم في الملكية الفكرية.
16. تعتبر المشاركة في المسابقة قبولا ضمنيا للنظام الداخلي وتعتمد قرارات لجنة التحكيم بالنسبة لكل ما لم يتضمنه هذا الإعلان. وتختص محكمة كالتجيروني بالنزاعات التي يمكن أن تنشأ بعلاقة بهذ المسابقة.
