In questo modo si evidenzierà la forma a clessidra, invece del tipico aspetto squadrato di un gilet maschile. Assicuratevi inoltre di non indossare una camicia troppo spessa o con ruches e decorazioni sotto il gilet. Una camicia button down in questo caso è la scelta migliore per un look semplice ed elegante che sta bene a tutte.
Anche i fianchi larghi possono essere nascosti da un gilet leggermente più lungo. Inoltre questo aiuterà anche a slanciare e bilanciare la figura. Tuttavia il gilet non dovrebbe essere nè troppo lungo nè troppo corto perchè altrimenti rischierebbe di abbassare la figura nel primo caso o di evidenziare ancor più i fianchi nel secondo.
In fine la pancetta: anche questa può essere sottolineata o nascosta con successo da un gilet. Un gilet un pò lungo e morbido, è perfetto per le donne con questa caratteristica. Vietati invece i tagli “boxy”.
