The mood: An intriguing spirit of contradiction ignites Coccinelle’s collection for Autumn/ Winter 2012-13. The codes for the brand- the feminine feel of its lines, the superior quality and the functional featured details- are taken by surprise by the sophisticated touches of eccentricity. Coccinelle is Formal and minimal, glamour and casual. The shapes and materials: a tribute to the knowhow of master craftsmen: this is the aspiration of the Autumn/ Winter 2012-13. And so topstitching, contrasting inserts, gleaming studs and piped edges embellish these iconic bags. Flaps, belts and straps are used to bring the world of saddlery up to date. Versatile hobos and squashy shoppers explore the aesthetic lessons of art deco.
The colours: the shades of the new winter collection are clam and demure. Cream and ash grey; new brows from coffee to very dark brown. New tans, from mud to taupe or toffee. New blacks, from moss to anthracite. But also the primaries with black cherry, Prussian blue and ochre. Two, toning colours: cream-ash grey, black-mud. The Coccinelle’s collection for Autumn/Winter 2012-13 also features a complete range of footwear, leather items and accessories: style marking an identity, opulent leather and the luxury of studied details. Cocinelle presents its second collaboration with the very talented Russian designer Alexander Tarekhov (Atelier Moscow) for the Autumn/Winter 2012-13 season. Following the success of the first collection presented last season in Europe and Pussia, the designer has now created a new and powerful collection with updated materials, colours and prints. Artists are often inspired by legendary figures and Terehov’s work was, this season, inspired by style- icon Grace Kelly, Oscar-winning Hollywood diva and one of the most beautiful woman of all time. I codici del brand- la femminilità delle linee, la qualità delle lavorazioni, la funzionalità dei dettagli- si lasciano sorprendere da raffinati tocchi di eccentricità. Le nuove bag giocano la carta della credibilità e tradizione, mescolata alla fantasia, alla seduzione inaspettata. La collezione Autunno/ Inverno 2012-13 Coccinelle è anche una gamma completa di calzature, piccola pelletteria e accessori: identità di stile, ricchezza di pellami, lusso di particolari studiati. Coccinelle presenta la seconda collezione realizzata in collaborazione con Alexander Tarehov (Ateleir Moscow), stilista russo di grande talento, per la stagione Autunno/Inverno 2012-13. Il tema della linea in tessuto sono le meravigliose “bacche di sorbo” che caratterizzano i paesaggi asiatici all’inizio dell’autunno, qui stampate nei colori principali del nero, bianco, marrone scuro e terra di Siena, ma giacche anche nelle sfumature dell’acquamarina, sabbia e blu avio.
