l'ho già scritto l'ultima volta che è stato faticoso fare qualche attività interessante ogni giorno con mia figlia, fotografarla e bloggarla. quindi questi ultimi giorni sono stati un po' più pigri! a parte il 20 dicembre, quando mia figlia ha cominciato ad imparare a lacciarsi le scarpe con una tavoletta con i lacci!
i already wrote last time that it's been exhausting doing some sort of interesting activity every day with my daughter, take pictures and blog it. so these last few days were considerably more lazy! except december 20th, when my little girl started learning how to tie her shoes with a board with shoelaces!
ho visto l'idea qui e mi è subito sembrata una genialata! quindi ho fatto una forma di scarpe, ho messo 4 fori ad ogni lato con un rompighiaccio (mettendoci sotto un paio di strati di cartone per proteggere il pavimento), l'ho colorato come le sue scarpe e ci ho infilato i lacci. solo che l'ho trovato un po' complicato lacciarli, quindi ho tagliato fuori il cartone dove si trova la lingua delle scarpe e così funziona molto bene! mia figlia è stata emozionatissima e si sta divertendo ad impararci! potete scaricare la mia forma se non volete farla a mano libera. basta girarlo sotto sopra per la scarpa destra.i saw the idea here and it immediately seemed like pure genius! so i drew out a shoe shape, punched 4 holes on each side with an ice pick (putting a couple of layers of cardboard underneath to protect the floor), i colored them like her shoes and i slipped a pair of shoelaces through the holes. except i found it a little hard to lace them, so i cut out the cardboard where the shoes' tongues would be and it works a lot better that way! my daughter was so excited and is having lots of fun learning! you can download my shoe-shape if you don't feel like free-handing it yourself. just turn the shape upside down to trace the right shoe.
se devo essere sincera, non mi ricordo proprio quello che ho proposto il 21. il 22 è stato il secondo compleanno del mio piccolino, ma anche sofia ha avuto dei regali, quindi abbiamo aperto i pacchi come attività. il 23 le ho dato un paio di fogli di carta che mio marito ha trovato con dei fiori stampati sopra in modo che li potesse ritagliare e incollare su un altro foglio per creare un giardino. e oggi, il 24, prendiamo tutti il treno per napoli (sperando che non vengono sopressi tutti i treni, come succede troppo spesso) per fare una bella passeggiata per la città e per prendere dei dolci tradizionali natalizi, com'è già la nostra tradizione per il 24 dicembre.
to be honest, i don't even remember what i proposed the 21st. the 22nd was my little guy's birthday, but sofia got gifts too, so we opened them as our activity. the 23rd i gave her a couple of sheets of paper that my husband had found with flowers printed on them so that she could cut them out and glue them to another sheet of paper to create a garden. and today, the 24th, we'll all take the train to naples (hoping the trains actually run, because many trains haven't been going at all) to take a nice walk in the city and buy traditional neapolitan christmas cookies, as is our tradition on december 24th.
e con questo abbiamo finito il mese di attività dell avvento! e sono sopravvissuta! dopo natale riprenderò con i tanti altri progetti che ho fatto in cui non c'entrano minimamente i bimbi! per ora vi lascio con tanti auguri di un buon natale! :)
and with this we've finished up with this month of advent activities! and i'm still alive! after christmas i'll pick back up with the many other projects i've done which have absolutely nothing to do with kids! for now, i wish you all a merry christmas! :)
