Gelato al caffè: come farlo in casa / Home-made Coffee ice-cream

Ingredienti:
200 gr di panna da montare
150 gr di latte
100 gr di zucchero semolato
2 uova
1 caffè ristretto
Preparazione:
In un contenitore, amalgamare le uova con lo zucchero.
Nel frattempo, preparare un caffè abbastanza ristretto e metterlo da parte per farlo raffreddare.
In una casseruola, riscaldare il latte su fiamma bassa e aggiungere qualche chicco di caffè.
Quando il latte comincerà a bollire, unire il composto di zucchero e uova preparato in precedenza e continuare a cuocere su fiamma bassa per qualche minuto. Aggiungere il caffè ristretto e lasciar raffreddare.
Aggiungere la panna e mescolare finché la panna non si sarà amalgamata per bene al resto.
Quindi mettere nella gelatiera per 30 minuti circa e seguire le istruzioni riportate sull'apparecchio.

Ingredients:
200 gr (7 oz) whipped cream
150 gr (5,3 oz) milk
100 gr (3,5 oz) caster sugar
2 large eggs
1 small cup of espresso coffee
Method:
In a container, mix the eggs with the sugar.
Meanwhile, prepare a cup of espresso coffee and set aside to cool.
In a saucepan, heat the milk over low heat and add a few coffee beans.
When the milk starts to boil, add the sugar and eggs mixture prepared in advance and continue to cook over low heat for a few minutes.
Add the espresso coffee and let it cool.
Add the cream and stir until the cream is smooth and well combined.
Put the mixture in the ice-cream maker for about 30 minutes and follow the instructions to get the ice-cream.
