How to survive to the bureaucracy in Italy: the example of the pass A38

I agree with you : the food is good in Italy, there are nice places and art is all over. Well it is not all beautiful here, there also are some problems . Have you ever had the "luck " to deal with the Italian bureaucracy ? There are two main goals when you deal with the Italian bureaucracy ( perhaps one of the most complex bureaucracy in the world) : get out alive and stay sane . So here are some tips to survive : - you need to be brave and hardheaded, - you  should have a clear idea of ​​what you are looking for - Wear comfortable shoes ( the queues are long and endless ) - Making an ascetic preparation before starting - Eat and drink before going : you know when you start but you do not when you will finish - Be ready for anything - Study the language of bureaucracy to understand the persons working in this sector - Do not be discouraged (NEVER NEVER NEVER)
Once you become aware about all these suggestions,  you are ready . The last step is to show you a video that I would define " educational " , the experience of Asterix and Obelix in the twelve labors to get the pass A38 . The reality is absolutely the same!

Sono d’accordo con voi: in Italia si mangia bene, ci sono  posti piacevoli e l’arte è protagonista di ogni angolo. In  questo meraviglioso quadro non pensate sia tutto oro quello che luccica. Avete mai avuto la “fortuna” di avere a che fare con la burocrazia  italiana? Due sono gli obiettivi principali quando si è in contatto con la burocrazia italiana ( forse una delle più complesse al mondo): uscirne vivi ed uscirne sani di mente. Così ecco qualche suggerimento per sopravvivere: -   Armarsi di santa pazienza, ma tanta -   Avere le idee chiare su che cosa ottenere -   Indossare scarpe comode ( le file sono lunghe ed interminabili) -   Fare una preparazione ascetica prima di partire -   Mangiare e rifocillarsi: si sa quando si va non si ha la certezza del ritorno -   Essere pronti a tutto -   Studiare la lingua burocratichese per capire gli adetti ai lavori che vi troverete davanti -   Non scoraggiarsi mai
Una volta che avrete preso coscienza di ciò siete pronti. L’ultimo passo per prepararvi a questa ardua impresa è mostrarvi un video che vorrei definire “didattico”: l’esperienza di Asterix e Obelix nelle dodici fatiche per ottenere il lasciapassare A38 . La realtà è assolutamente identica fatevene una ragione!
