Da brava italiana doc...il vino (per la precisione il vino bianco, a meno che non si tratti di un ottimo primitivo di manduria..ihih...) è sempre stato uno dei miei più grandi amori! Se al Re della tavola si aggiunge un bel gruppo di amici e una cenetta tipica emiliana...il risultato sarà certamente ottimo!!!! :) Sabato sera, infatti, siamo andati a mangiare in una famosissima Osteria delle mie parti "La Terantiga" per festeggiare il 24esimo compleanno di un vecchio amico.Pensate che a soli 23 euro abbiamo mangiato:
- Risotto al tartufo, Strozzapreti al ragù, Garganelli speck e rucola e Pasta corta al ragù di salsiccia
- Affettati misti, squacquerone, sottaceti, ecc...con crescentine fritte
- Grigliatina mista con patatine
- Caffè, sorbetto e Amari
Like a good Italian girl...wine (more precisely the white wine, unless it is a great primitive wine of manduria ihihi...) has always been one of my greatest loves! If the King of the table adds a nice group of friends and a typical Emilian dinner...the result will certainly be great!!! :) Saturday evening, in fact, we went to eat in a famous Osteria "The Terantiga" to celebrate the 24th birthday of an friend of mine. With just 23 € we ate 4 kind of different pastas, mixed grilled meat, squacquerone, crescentine, salami, french fries, coffee, lemon sorbet and so many drinks...etc...We had fun! And these are the few "healthy" photos that I was able to recover...Enjoy! ;)
