Sabato mattina stavo pensando da cosa lasciarmi ispirare per la moodboard di questa settimana….se da un colore o una loro combinazione, da una ricorrenza, come l’Earth day della settimana scorsa, o da un tema… Mi sono seduta per riposarmi dai lavori di giardinaggio a cui mi stavo dedicando – con fin troppo impeto, complice la giornata meravigliosa, ne ho pagato le conseguenze per tutto il fine settimana!- e l’occhio mi è caduto sulla siepe di lavanda…tutta fiorita, profumatissima, un via vai brulicante di insetti svolazzanti … Deciso: la mia moodboard sarà ispirata alla lavanda. Della lavanda mi piace moltissimo l’arbusto, che non richiede troppe cure! e la sua palette dei colori che vanno dal verde – grigio dello stelo e delle foglie al lilla chiaro del fiore, al viola più intenso dell’interno dello stelo. Una palette perfetta sia per l’home dècor, che per un matrimonio o una festa. Un’idea facile ma d’effetto, quella della foto 1, per disporre le piante di lavanda, in questo caso abbinate al fiore dell’aglio, riciclando le cassette di frutta, per decorare il vostro terrazzo. Lineare ma geniale il portariviste da parete di Seletti, Pantone 268c, in metallo per poter attaccare i memo con i magneti, trovata su Livingo (2). Adoro il mood romantico e sognante di quest’immagine…(3). Un segnaposto fai da te facile e low cost? Un mazzetto di lavanda legato con un cartoncino, semplice ma chic (4). Può essere un decoro fuori porta carinissimo o un decoro per la casa, in più profuma tutto l’ambiente, questa coroncina a forma di cuore fatta con la lavanda. (5) Sembra una corolla di un fiore questa poltrona, che si trasforma anche in letto futon (6). E..come si dice…dulcis in fundo…due idee golose: una torta con piccoli mazzetti di lavanda come decoro (7) e dei macaron,…..color lavanda ovviamente! (8).Saturday morning I was thinking about what to be inspired for this week moodboard… a color or a combination of them, maybe, or an occasion, as the last week Earth day, or a theme … Then, while I sat a moment to rest from gardening to which I had dedicated – with too much momentum, thanks to the wonderful day and I paid the consequences for the whole weekend! - my eyes fell on my lavender hedge … flowery, fragrant, a swarm of insects fluttering around it Ok, my moodboard will be inspired by the lavender. I love the plant, which does not require too much care, and its palette of colors ranging from green – gray stem and leaves to light lilac flower, purple deeper interior of the stem. A palette perfect for home décor, or for a wedding or a party. An easy but great idea, as the photo 1, to arrange the lavender plants, in this case paired with garlic flowers, recycling fruit boxes, to decorate your terrace. Linear but brilliant the metal wall magazine rack by Seletti, Pantone 268C, to attack the memo with magnets, found on Livingo (2). I love the romantic and dreamy mood of this image … (3). An easy and low cost DIY placeholder? A bunch of lavender tied with a piece of cardboard, simple but chic (4). It can be a cute outside door decoration or a parfumed decor for the house, this heart-shaped wreath made with lavender. (5) It looks like a corolla of a flower this chair, which also turns into a futon bed (6). E..as they say … last but not least … two yummy ideas: a cake with small bunches of lavender as decoration (7) and macaroons, lavender colour ….. of course! (8).
