Vi siete mai chiesti quante cabine telefoniche esistono in Italia? Con l'avvento dei cellulari, questo vetusto sistema di comunicazione è diventato pressoché obsoleto. Girando per le città, le cabine sono divenute rare e solo in metropoli come Londra resistono... grazie al fatto che sono diventate una attrazione turistica. Ma qui da noi è tutto diverso. Le cabine vanno via via scomparendo. Permangono solamente quelle nei luoghi pubblici più importanti, come ospedali, aeroporti, stazioni, e pochi altri luoghi dove la loro presenza può garantire anche un "fattore sicurezza" non trascurabile. Ma quante sono? Ebbene, a dicembre 2011, il numero di cabine funzionanti è esattamente 97.376.

Walking through the city is become rare to find one of them. Maybe in London are not so rare, but it happens that there the phone booth are tourist attractions. But London is London. In the rest of the world phone booth are going to disappear. At the matter of the fact, phone booth are easy to find only in pubblic places as Hospitals, Airports, Train Stations... places where it could guarantee a "security factor" not trascurable. But...
