Pistripe.

It is not a simple stripe on a fabric of combed wool or flannel.
It is a white line (generally) that tells a story. In the Thirties was worn by most famous gangsters as a symbol of power. Today it is associated with the dandy, even with the feminine archetype of the career woman and expresses rigorous elegance, simplicity and a touch of malice … The male wardrobe is like a blackboard and the inspiration is ready to draw white strokes on black with chalk to a timeless style.

Non è una semplice riga su un tessuto di lana pettinata o di flanella.
Pinstripe sono righe bianche (generalmente) che percorrono una storia. Negli anni trenta veniva indossato dai gangsters più famosi perché simbolo di potere. Oggi è associato al dandy, anche femminile con l’archetipo della donna in carriera ed esprime rigorosa eleganza, sobrietà ed un pizzico di malizia…L’armadio maschile è come una lavagna, l’ispirazione è pronta con gesso alla mano per disegnare bianco su nero i tratti di uno stile senza tempo.
