ITALIAN VERSION Translate by Stewie Alla fine dell’impegnativo calendario natalizio, il Manchester United è il chiaro favorito a vincere il titolo poichè ha allungato a 7 punti il vantaggio in classifica dopo averne persi 2, il Mancester City è secondo ma ha perso terreno con la sconfitta contro il Sunderland. Il Tottenham è terzo dopo una buona striscia di imbattibilità che include un 4-0 contro il Villa. Il Chelsea è sceso al quarto posto a seguito di un’imprevedibile sconfitta contro l’ultima in classifica, il Queens Park Rangers, sebbene sembrasse avesse in pugno l’incontro. L’Everton è al quinto posto dopo la combattuta vittoria natalizia per 2-1 contro il Newcastle. Liverpool, Swansea e Stoke hanno goduto di una striscia positiva e si trovano a ridosso della sesta posizione mentre il West Brom Fulham e il Norwich hanno raccolto risultati meno soddisfacenti e hanno perso terreno. Più indietro troviamo il Villa e il Newcastle con un pessimo bottino natalizio, entrambe senza vittorie: il Villa ha perso 8-0 contro il Chelsea e il Newcastle 7-3 in casa dell’Arsenal. Nessuna novità rilevante in fondo alla classifica, nonostante il Queens Park Rangers abbia inaspettatamente sconfitto il Chelsea per 1-0 nell’ultimo incontro. Il Reading Wigan e il Southampton restano in fondo alla classifica appena sopra il QPR mentre la Premier League si prende una pausa questo fine settimana per il terzo turno di FA Cup. ENGLISH (ORIGINAL) VERSION At the end of the busy xmas schedule Man Utd are clear favourates to regain the title as they stretch there lead to 7 points after dropping just 2 points , Man City are 2nd but lost ground with defeat at Sunderland. Tottenham are now 3rd after a fine unbeaten run including a 4-0 win at Villa. Chelsea are down to 4th after a shock home defeat to rock bottom Qpr tho they have a game in hand. Everton lie 5th after a consistent xmas ended with a 2-1` win at struggling Newcastle. Arsenals form has improved and they are 6th after 4 straight wins  but were dissapointing in there last game a 1-1 draw at Southampton. Liverpool Swansea and Stoke all enjoyed decent runs and sit on the verge of the top 6 , tho West Brom Fulham and Norwich had poor runs and have slid back. At the bottom end Villa and Newcastle had rotten xmas,s both winless , Villa lost 8-0 at Chelsea and Newcastle 7-3 at Arsenal. Its the usual suspects near the bottom tho Qpr had a shock 1-0 win at Chelsea last time out. They stay bottom Reading Wigan and Southampton just above them as the league takes a break this weekend for the fa cup 3rd round.
