Premier League Transfer News – 1.6 (by Wayne Bills)

E’ stata un’altra settimana intensa quella appena trascorsa, con grandi nomi arrivati in Premier League, in particolare al Manchester City che ha prima messo sotto contratto l’attaccante spagnolo Alvaro Negredo dal Siviglia per 20 milioni e quindi ha bissato prendendo l’attaccante montenegrino Stefan Jovetic dalla Fiorentina, dopo che era stato a lungo inseguito dall’Arsenal.

Lo Swansea ha preso dall’Arsenal il giovane Jernade Meade, svincolatosi in estate.

L’Hull City ha preso lo svincolato Steve Harper, ex-Newcastle, il Sunderland ha continuato la sua campagna di rafforzamento ingaggiando l’ala italiana Emanuele Giaccherini dalla Juventus per 6,5 milioni che diventa quindi il nono acquisto estivo dei “Black Cats”, mentre Danny Graham lascia il Sunderland per andare all’Hull City.

Il veterano attaccante Kevin Phillips arriva alla neo-promossa Crystal Palace dal Blackpool.

Tre grandi giocatori hanno lasciato invece la Premier League, Maicon lascia il Manchester City per andare alla Roma, Florent Malouda lascia il Chelsea per approdare al Trabzonspor a parametro zero e Andre Santos lascia l’Arsenal per tornare in Brasile nel Flamengo dopo due stagioni con i Gunners.

Nelle trattative di spicco in corso, il Manchester Utd. ha offerto 25 milioni al Barcellona per Cesc Fabregas, per ora rifiutata, ma si aspetta il rilancio dello United, l’Arsenal ha preparato un’offerta di 40 milioni per Luis Suarez del Liverpool e il Chelsea ha proposto 25 milioni per Wayne Rooney, per ora rifiutata, meno di un mese all’inizio della nuova stagione, di sicuro ne vedremo delle belle !

 Its been another busy week of transfer activity with some big names arriving to England in the past week with Manchester City in particular doing big business firstly with the signing of Spanish international forward Alvaro Negredo from Sevilla for 20 million pounds and then buying Fiorentina striker Stevan Jovetic for 22 million , the Montenegro international had previously been chased by Arsenal but instead joins City’s impressive looking squad.

Swansea have signed former Arsenal youngster Jernade Meade on a free after the defender was released in the summer.

Hull City have taken keeper Steve Harper on a free after leaving Newcastle at the end of last season, Sunderland have continued there spending with the capture of Italy winger Emanuele Giaccherini from Juventus for 6.5 million to become the Black Cats 9th summer signing, however Danny Graham leaves Sunderland to join Hull City on a season long loan deal.

Veteran striker Kevin Phillips joins newly promoted Crystal Palace on a free from Blackpool after a loan spell last season.

3 more high profile players have left the Premier league tho with Maicon leaving Man City to join Roma , Florent Malouda leaves Chelsea to join Trabzonspor on a free , and Andre Santos leaves Arsenal to return to Brazil with Flamengo after 2 years with the Gunners.
