Stroke urban art fair during berlin art week

Jesus formed out of venetian blinds, an oil painting next to it, a graffiti painted on canvas right across - during the BERLIN ART WEEK only at STROKE URBAN ART FAIR the new generation of artist present themselves in such a large variety and strength, without making any compromises.  The blend of styles from historical and contemporary art genres blurs the boundaries between design, pop culture and subculture on the one side and advanced culture as well as contemporary art on the other side and fuels the desire to discover more of this art of the 21st century.
Now, from September 13th to 16th, the fair for urban art sets itself up as the alternative to the usualsuspects of the Berlin Kunstherbst. For four days, everything is about urban art with all of its facets, forms and colors, set in scene by the exhibiting galleries, projects and live paintings - young, fresh and nonconformist.

Citroen DS3 City Tour
CITROËN and STROKE URBAN ART FAIR present the "CITROËN DS3 City Tour". Each of four artists from Poland, Germany and Denmark will design one CITROËN DS3,becoming a unique, driving art piece. The visitors of STROKE will be invited on a special urban art ride through Berlin. CITROËN is official partner of the URBAN ART FAIR. Plus, the artists will create a joint art piece during the fair that will be raffled among the visitors.

Celebrating the fifth anniversary of the TV channel, STROKE URBAN ART FAIR 2012 is cooperating with ANIMAX and dedicates one special installation by the Etam Cru from Poland to the anime aesthetics.
