The carry-over wardrobe saga #1

Non diciamo cazzate: "stile" non significa sentirsi al meglio con se stessi.

Lo stile è un terno al lotto: un giorno ce l'hai, il giorno dopo chissà. Devi provare, tentare, incazzarti, innervosirti, scomporti la pettinatura numerose volte, ripassarti il mascara sulle ciglia, perchè la prima passata è rimasta incollata al maglione che hai tolto e messo, tolto e messo, tolto e messo. Quando ti sei sufficientemente incazzata col mondo, allora forse ti sei vestita bene e puoi uscire.Non diciamo neanche che versirsi è un gioco. Vestirsi è una tragedia. Senza contare, dettaglio non trascurabile, che nel caso in cui a vestirsi siano le donne, la tragedia diviene una sorta di connubio tra La Bohème, Amleto, e Efigenia in Tauride. Insomma, non ne esce vivo nessuno.
Il piano malefico sarebbe quello di puntare tutto su una divisa à la Emanuelle Alt: avere quattro pezzi cult su cui puntare quando manca l'estro creativo, quando non abbiamo tempo, o semplicemente quando siamo in pre-mestruo. Tutto molto semplice, non fosse che l'Emanuela possiede una serie di caratteristiche inarrivabili per noi comuni mortali, per cui uno skinny, una tee e un blazer, abbinati ad un paio di decolletes - il BASIC per eccellenza - sull'Emanuela stanno divinamente. Il punto è che anche il BASIC, se scadente, non ci salva: tutt'altro, ci getta inesorabilmente nell'anonimato. Un buon basic, unito ad una nota di "gnocchezza", più quel certo "non so che" che tutte le francesi hanno - la francesità, chiamiamola così - dà come risultato questo:

It's seems so simple, but actually Emanuelle has something "magic" that men in the street can't even imagine: a tee, a pair of skinny, a blazer and decolletes, the BASIC mix par excellance, look amazing on Emanuelle. Ora, non deprimiamoci. L'Emanuela è il prototipo per eccellenza del "non ha addosso niente di che, eppure!". Beh, è l'"eppure" che cambia le carte in tavola.Possiamo avere anche noi una divisa, con la differenza che dobbiamo truccarci meglio, aggiustarci i capelli, puntare di più sugli accessori (sulle collanone, ad esempio, come mi è stato suggerito), e indossare almeno un paio scarpe decenti, altrimenti l'effetto cheap si materializzerà su di noi. Pare facile.
Avere pochi capi nell'armadio per me è impensabile, perchè mi stufo abbastanza presto. Sto cercando, però, di comporre un guardaroba "carry over" (carry over wardrobe, che per comodità e internazionalità chiamerò COW ... mucca, esatto), ovvero dei capi fissi, evergreen, che sono (abbastanza) sicura che non smetterò di amare. Attorno al COW dovrebbe esserci il guardaroba che ruota attorno a quello fisso. Anche questo, pare facile.
Il COW dovrebbe essere formato possibilmente da capi di ottima qualità. Non essendo Donald Trump, devo cercare delle soluzioni che siano uno step intermedio tra HM e CHANEL. Giusto giusto il mondo, insomma.
Il primo capo che vorrei far approdare nel mio COW è il pantalone di pelle, che se non è perfetto sta male anche alle magre. A Emanuelle in genere sta bene, ma qui non le dona particolarmente (sono sicura che c'è il trucco!):

We can wear a uniform as well, but we need a better make up, a good hairdo, some accessories (such as the statement nacklaces, as someone suggested) and a pair of designer shoes. It's not simple at all.It's hard for me to have just few items in my wardrobe, 'cause I easily get bored of clothes. Step by step I'm trying to build a "carry over" wardrobe (COW) made of clothes I'm quite sure I wouldn't get bored of. Again, it's not simple at all.COW should be made up of high quality clothes: I'm not Donald Trump, so I should rack my brain in order to find something between H&M and CHANEL. Definitely hard.I'd like to start from the perfect leather pants. They should fit like a glove. Even Emanuelle's ones don't fit her perfectly (I'm sure there's a trick):
