Il primo problema da affrontare nella scelta del look per il party di Capodanno è: quale colore da indossare?
Uscire per una serata in città già di solito significa vestirsi bene, ma a Capodanno bisogna stupire: in questa notte tutte vogliamo apparire favolose e mostrare il nostro stile, no? ;)

Ecco allora una sintesi delle tendenze in fatto di colore per quest'anno.

Il rosso: di certo è il colore più tradizionale per questa occasione e bisogna ammettere che sta bene praticamente a tutte. Però è un colore audace ed appariscente, ed indossare un abito in questa tinta richiede una bella dose di ironia e sicurezza.

La regola base per portare un abito total red è comunque sempre quella di cercare di sdrammatizzarlo con scarpe ed accesori di altri colori; magari in nero per un effetto elegante o in argento per le più esuberanti, o infine in oro per essere glam.

Il nero: il colore senza tempo, è sempre perfetto per ogni occasione, naturalmente anche per la festa di Capodanno. 

Il classico abitino nero ha fatto innamorare  molte donne nei decenni  L'orlo può essere corto, sotto il ginocchio, fino a terra o a fazzoletto Può essere a maniche lunghe, a maniche corte, senza maniche o senza spalle Può esserei di pizzo, raso, paillettes o jersey.

Chi non vuole indossare un abito può optare per un tailleur/smoking pantalone o per pantaloni eleganti con un top di pizzo o di seta --- l'equivalente del piccolo abito nero con pantaloni
Per finire argento o oro: argento e oro saranno i colori più popolari e gettonati per il prossimo Capodanno

L'argento dà una sensazione di ghiaccio che è sinonimo di inverno. Può essere indossato con scarpe e borse scintillanti che si abbinano bene a paillettes d'argento o alle piume.

L'oro dà invece una sensazione di ricchezza L'oro è sinonimo di ricchezza e prosperità. Basta aggiungervi gioiellie accessori in oro e si riesce facilmente a trasformare l'abito più ordinario in favoloso look da festa.

A women who doesn't want to wear a dress might wear a tuxedo/pantsuit, or dressy slacks with a lacy or silk top --- the equivalent of the little black dress with pant legs.

To end, silver or Gold :silver or gold are the next most popular colors for New Year's. 

Silver gives an icy feel that is the epitome of winter. It can be dressy with glittery shoes and bags to go along with silver sequins or feathers.
