Prima di diventare il famoso stilista che tutti conosco Christian Dior fu anche un gallerista esperto.
Fu il primo a portare a Parigi opere di Dalì, Picasso,  Giacometti, Mirò..Questa passione è richiamata in molte sue creazioni che traggono ispirazione dal mondo dell'arte nelle forme e nei colori.
Oggi la sua borsa iconica, la  mitica LADY DIOR viene omaggiata e rivisitata con settanta opere di grandi artisti (David Lynch,  Jhon Cameron Mitchell, Wen Fang,  Olympia Scarry, Luca Trevisani per citarne solo alcuni) e di giovani emergenti esposte alla Triennale di Milano fino al 4 novembre.
Lady Dior fu creata nel 1995, divenne subito famosissima perchè la premiere dame francese la regalò a Lady D che la amo così tanto da richiederla in numerose varianti e colori facendola diventare un vero e proprio oggetto di culto.
