Conosco un posticino, la tra le Alpi più belle, davvero speciale. E' il Rifugio Paradiso sull'Alpe di Siusi, dalla parte di Castelrotto e pranzarci di giorno, immersi nella neve è pura magia!Ci si arriva con gli sci ai piedi oppure ciaspolando lungo i sentieri sulle Dolomiti. La fatica viene ampiamente ripagata dall'ottima cucina del rifugio: tradizionale, sostanziosa, ben curata seppure dall'aspetto rustico e semplice. Specialità della casa: tagliere di speck e spaetzle. Un pranzo al rifugio è l'ideale per rifocillarsi con le prelibatezze alto atesine, per scaldarsi dopo la giornata sulla neve e per trascorrere alcune ore spensierate con una vista mozzafiato davanti agli occhi!
Entrando si viene accolti da un ambiente ben curato, luminoso e caldo. Il profumo di legno pervade la stanza e piccoli dettagli ti fanno sentire un ospite coccolato in tutto e per tutto!
Il menù è sufficiente ampio da accontentare tutti e allo stesso tempo assicurare sempre prodotti freschi cucinati al momento. Non basta un solo pranzo per assaggiare tutte le invitanti specialità offerte: occorre tornare ancora, ancora e ancora!!

I know a little place, in the heart of the most beautiful Alps, which is really very special. Rifugio Paradiso near Castelrotto is special and eating there for lunch, immersed in the snow, is pure magic!You arrive with your skis or snowshoeing along the trails in the Dolomites. The effort is amply rewarded by the excellent kitchen of the shelter: traditional, hearty, well maintained albeit rustic and simple. House specialties: chopping bacon and spaetzle. A lunch at the shelter is ideal for refreshment with South Tyrolean delicacies, to warm up after a day on the snow and to spend a few carefree hours with a breathtaking view in your eyes!
Just entering you are greeted by a well-kept, bright and warm place. The smell of wood permeates the room and small details make you feel a pampered guest in every way!The menu is extensive enough to please everyone and at the same time ensure the freshest produce cooked on the spot. Not just a single lunch to taste all the specialties offered: you must come back again and again and again!!
